Good but pricey

I was visiting Paris with my girlfriend and we thought it would be nice if we tried some Lebanese food. I checked from Internet and it seemed that Liza is a good option to try. Pictures of the foods were mouth watering and everything looked very good, until we actually went there and tried for ourselves. The restaurant is clean,... More

I just loved it so much. Liza is a modern Lebanese restaurant, the food is amazing, and they're also very arranging and understanding. My boyfriend is sensitive to gluten, so the chef made sure there was no gluten in his plate. I keep coming back to this restaurant but I always forget to reserve a table and it's usually full,... At 31 euros each not cheap but for that you get a great assortment of meze; fresh juice; and coffee; main course and dessert. Beware though when it says stops at 3.30 they instantaneously start clearing up so leave yourself plenty of time.

The menu online looked really good but when we got there it was not as extensive. Food was not very good and for the cost you would expect some hot nan bread to accompany the main meal. We had a choice of mezes, the hommous was not very nice, tabbouleh was ok and the potato dish was not good either.... More

Our stay was unusual because a friend of mine offered me a box, you know the type of box where you have a limited choice of place and the menu is already made ? So usually it is not that good and you don't even have the food that's on the menu, but here it was so YUUUUUM like the... More

Went here on 16 th of June for dinner with family while touring Paris. We are vegetarians so was good to get few different variety of Lebanese food. The food though was average good, passable but I would not recommend it highly. The salads were good though the falafel were better. Not bad if you are around that area

This is the second time I have been here and it was just as God second time round as first time. Lovely table, attentive service, great recommendations. They are happy to speak French, Arabic and English to make sure you get the dish you really want. We had a couple of set plates and they were perfect. I highly recommend... More

Went for lunch and were delighted with the food and the service. Had not previously been exposed to Lebanese food. The menu allowed each of us to try wonderful small bites and mint tea. The service helped to enhance our visit and to gain an appreciation for this food.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
