We found Le Troquet from a Fodor's recommendation, and we were not disappointed! The duck may have been the finest I've ever had - and that's saying something.. Excellent experience..

Le Troquet is one of my favourite bistrot-style restaurants. Food is of very high standard - with ingredients of the best quality. Arguably the best French Fries in the capital ! Menu features speciality produce from across France. Staff are young and friendly. Always busy - so best to arrive early !

Me and my girlfriend decided to go to this restaurant based off the reviews on Trip Adviser. It was published as an a affordable while lovely place to eat. Although the service was excellent and the food at parts, mainly the main course, was lovely it did not live up to it's reputation. The food and drink was astronomically overpriced... More

Having arrived in Paris and checked in to our hotel at 9.30pm, we wanted to dine without ceremony or formality, so we headed to Le Troquet without further ado. Despite some initial confusion in relation to our reservation (made by the concierge at our hotel and in our hearing), we were seated without delay and the menus (in chalk on... More

This restaurant has really remarkably tasty cuisine, featuring (but not only) Basque specialities. Not to forget very friendly service.

There is no lack of dining options in the 15th but this place is in a class by itself: great food, solid wine list, friendly service, the works. Good for a date (even though it can get loud sometimes) or group dinner. Bring an appetite.

Forget about the reviews and just raise your derrière from what ever you are sitting on and go experience this fantastic bistro. It can get a little stifling inside on hot, balmy Parisian evenings but it is worth it as you will discover a real taste of Paris. The staff are wonderful and welcoming, then they give you a basket... More

I don't review as often but I generally trust TA reviews. But I am shocked to see positive reviews on this restaurant. My wife and I ate there tonight and were bamboozled. Service is not bad at all, in fact our server was super nice, but the food is simply not creative. And their wine list is ok at the... More

This is a great little restaurant. Few tourists, delicious food and friendly service. I ate prawns and couscous followed by beef with potato gratin and rice pudding. Everything was delicious and very good value. We went as a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals. Good value for money too.
