Friendly staff and delicious food

Enjoyed our meal very much. Had the tasting menu for 40 Euros and was well worth it. Regular menu had many interesting options too.

The troquet does not have a Steady menu, it rather works on a daily changing menu. I did not enjoy my experience there but it wasn't due to a bad quality of food, it was more due to the fact that none of my preferred food was offered on that day. All in all its an ok restaurant if you... More

Want to see the 'real' Paris? Come to this area, we stumbled across this bar late at night after dining up the road - if we'd have known about this place then we would have come here first. We only planned to have one drink but ended up staying here the rest of the night till around 1.30am! The music... More

If you are looking for the 'real' Paris, come here for a late night, chef's menu dinner. The atmosphere, service and the food are all excellent. We celebrated my son's baptism lunch here and my vegetarian friends said it was the best meal they have had in Paris. Great price.

Excellent cusine in an unusual setting. and the prices are OK. I've been going there for several years because I used to work just next door. Never been disappointeed.

Before I review this place, I should mention that I used to frequent this restaurant some years ago and returned expecting the same experience. It was not the same and has not improved, though you would not know this if it was your first time there. First of all, it took the waiter 30 minutes (!!!) to take our order... More

My wife and I had the menu . Oeufs en cocotte, main course and dessert. All really good and quite straightforward. We entered at 19.30. It was empty. 15 minutes later is was filled with people. Main drawback is the chair I had. Extremely hard and not comfortable.

A 3 night stay in Paris. Checked the TA city app for restaurants near the hotel. Le Troquet came out clear top. We visited last night. Unfortunately It was really poor. I'll caveat this review with mentioning that some of the food on surrounding tables looked very appetising but I can only write about what we had. Previous reviewers have... More

Nice quiet cafe with good food, pleasant service and reasonable prices. Dessert of macarons with apricot puree was great

A friendly, lively but not loud atmosphere made for a pleasant evening here with friends. The food was well prepared and the menu offered an excellent choice of first courses and main dishes. Although much was in the classic French tradition, a number had Basque accents, including starters of razor clams and a gazpacho. Excellent duck and fish as well.... More
