Le Souffle is a must!

We visited Le Souffle in early April and this place is a must for any visitor to Paris. The variety of Souffles, both sweet and savoury are a foodies dream, All the souffles we tried were light and airy and full of flavour. Reservations are a great idea here, as we saw many people turned away. We... read more

If you're in Paris, why not go for a souffle meal! Le Souffle has a good selection of main dish and dessert souffles, all of them good portion size. We enjoyed the novelty of our meals and were fortunate to have good service. The restaurant is on Rue du Mont Thabor which is only 1 or 2 blocks away from... More

Great spot near the louvre for dinner, we had the all inclusive dinner with cheese soufflé followed by beef bourgeois soufflé followed by chocolate soufflé. Great service and ambiance. If you love soufflé you must try this restaraunt but if you go for dinner a reservation is a must.

We stumbled upon Le Souffle while out and about and decided to give it a try without consulting TripAdvisor (!). Luckily, the menu looked interesting and my husband was willing to give it a whirl and try something new (!!). We tried the Beef Bourguignon Souffle were quite pleased with the result and presentation, though hubby would have liked more... More

I ate at La Souffle with my 13 year old daughter during a 10 day trip to Paris. We visited many interesting restaurants as my daughter wanted to try all the traditional French cuisine. This was one of her favorite meals. We had the 3 course souffle menu and the wait staff was very helpful in guiding our selections to... More

A great place to eat when you are looking for authentic French soufflés. They have a wide variety of savory and sweet soufflés you can choose from. A little pricey, but the soufflés come in large portions. The only minus is the service, as the waiters were not friendly and seemed rushed even when the restaurant wasn't crowded. The Grand... Huge portions of Souffle, high quality products, nice place and a friendly staff makes it a place that we will miss. Do not bother to get the 3 souffle deal, you will not eat everything!!!

Well, my friend and I have just had our second lunch at Le Soufflé in 3 days and it was just as good as the first. Lunch is served until about 4pm so you don't have to worry if you are a little late. We did not have a reservation on either occasion and had no trouble getting a table... More

We got the small fixed menu, and it was fabulous! Our starter, main course, and dessert were all souffles! I got the tomato and basil starter, and my sister had the spinach starter, and we were both more than pleased. She got the feta cheese and salmon savory souffle and I had the beef bourginion - melt in your mouth... More
