This place is not your typical French boutique given you can have a starter main and dessert all off soufflé. The soufflés were very good - the food around the soufflés was OK. The main problem for me was that the menu was not overly exciting and the atmosphere lacked substantially in a over lit atmosphere with the sounds of... More

A friend who used to live in Paris recommended this restaurant for our final night in Paris. Savory and Sweet delighted our taste buds. Charming staff and honored our reservation despite being late due to traffic.

We visited Le Soufflé for our second time . The first time was 5 years ago . Again we had a sensational experience with 'to die for ' soufflés and fabulous service . The staff were very accommodating of our daughter who simply wanted French fries for her main course , followed by chocolate soufflé and nothing was too much... More

If the name of the restaurant doesn't give it away, they serve souffle everything. The atmosphere was cozy. A real mouth explosion of flavors.

I found this place around the corner from The Westin Vendome by chance. Nice, intimate atmosphere. A great selection of savory and dessert soufflés. I had a salad, the ham and cheese soufflé, and a glass of wine all for under €30 which is remarkable in this neighborhood. As the soufflés are huge, this was plenty for dinner. Everything was... Our family of five really enjoyed Le Souffle...what a fun, unusual experience! Charming little restaurant with great, attentive service and delicious food. A must visit if you are in Paris and want a very French experience (and you enjoy souffle)! It's a small, quaint room full of Parisian style, without any pretension. Recommend making a reservation in advance. We dined... More

Souffle, soufflé, soufflé. That is all they serve. The soufflé appetizers, the main soufflé entrée, and the dessert soufflé with almost a cup of grand Marnier.

We dined as a family on the recommendation of friends who had raved about Le Soufflé. But our experience was quite disappointing. The soufflés were all of a dense omelette like texture, not at all the light soufflé we have enjoyed elsewhere. We couldn't recommend this to others.

Goat cheese walnut honey appetizer souffle is amazing! Also the cheese and chicken mushroom main course souffle was like a classed-up pot pie, we were very pleased. And lovely staff, we had a wonderful time.
