Le Souffle was the perfect ending to my Parisian vacation. The service was very attentive, which is always most important to me. The soufflés were phenomenal. My favorite was the dark-chocolate pistachio soufflé I enjoyed for dessert. I highly recommend to all soufflé lovers.

Le Souffle has been around for years, serving what else, souffles. Get the two or three course souffle menu. The cheese souffle, followed by the shrimp souffle are good choices. End with the very popular grand marnier souffle...pour as much as you like from the bottle left next to your plate. This place is fun without being a cliche. It... More

We were taken here by our apartment owner because of its uniqueness. It truly delivered with service and delicious soufflé. You have to have the Grand Marnier for dessert. It was the best on the menu.

The soufflé's were excellent. We had only main course and dessert soufflés, and our favorite was definitely the chocolate soufflé with chocolate sauce. One of my 14 year old granddaughters does not like eggs, so the chef made her a wonderful open face cheese toast with salad. She was delighted and we thought it might have been better than our... I had been to Le Souffle five years ago with a friend and had a great time. I took my husband here and was really excited for him to experience the fun of the restaurant. We were seated in the back dining room. It was very nice, with four tables for two and three tables for four. There was one... More

We had to look on the internet to find this lovely Le Soufflé Restaurant in Arr 1e, the best soufflé ever. I had the red berries desert one night after dinner at a different Restaurant, and on another evening had the chocolate soufflé. They do cater for savoury soufflé but I am sweet soufflé person, highly recommend if you love... More

We strolled down to Le Souffle following an episode of Luke Ngyuen's France and were overjoyed that they were able to seat us for lunch. As we were not quite sure of having souffle for all three courses, we shared a 3-course prix-fixe lunch and a main course of duck with peaches. The savory spinach souffle was a perfect entree... Ok, what is the name of this restaurant? So what are you here for? Le Soufflé!! But, as several reviewers have pointed out, it's possible to have too much of a good thing. Therefore, I took a friend's advice and ordered chicken breast with mini-soufflé, and added a dessert soufflé. The chicken breast was excellent, seasoned with tarragon, cut into... More

Excellent presentation and taste. We chose the three course soufflé and loved it. The chocolate soul with the rum cream was superb! The rooms are small and tables are close to each other but still very nice. I would definitely go again.

I read the reviews which talked of being rushed through your meal, but until I actually experienced it myself, I found it hard to believe. I went two nights ago, and it was a by french standards, a ridiculous experience! I have been traveling to Paris on business for 10 years or so. Never before was I made to order... More
