Lovely Souffles

I really enjoyed the lovely textured souffles. I had the goat cheese and tapenade souffle which was delightful, the boeuf burguignon that was yummy and the Grand Mariner which was downright delicious!!! I definitely recommend this if you are in the area by the Louvre.

On our last holidays in Paris we went twice to Le Soufflé! The service is friendly and they helped us on our choices presenting la Carte. I strongly recommend the Henry IV soufflé and the chocolate or pistache soufflé for desert. Well... So delicious it was that on the next day we went back in with some friends to repeat... More

The most amazing variety of souffles I have ever dared imagine. The French onion soup was sublime, and the goats cheese, olive souffle was delicious, albeit quite rich. My husband wasn't mad about the smoked salmon souffle, but was thrilled with the beef bourgignion souffle. The vanilla, almond souffle was a decadent way to end the evening - highly reccomend!

As soon as my family and I read about this restaurant, we decided to go for dinner. I would suggest a reservation. We had one and were seated immediately. The best dinner soufflés we had were the beef and the tomato-basil (with added goat cheese was delicious!). I didn't know what a soufflé was before going, so to any of... More

I've never have eaten a souffle as heavenly soft and light here. Each spoonful was beautiful. I prefer the sweet tasting variety rather than the savoury type. The waiters spoke English which made it easy for us to communicate. The building presented well on the outside.

We love this place. We were a group of 9, a little tight in this pretty and romantic spot. However, the staff readily accomodated. The starter, main, and dessert soufflés are all "to die for''. Splendid wine and champagne selections. We kept eating even after feeling full to completely clear our plates because it is all so delicious. The serving... More

I loved this place located in chic Faubourg St. Honore (Rue du Mont Thabor). Do not miss the cheese Souffle (main course) and for desset the chocolate or noisette souffles. Delicious!

The Grand Marnier souffle is reason alone enough to visit le Souffle, but actually all of the food here is quite impressive. On our last visit, I had Sea Bass, served on an outstanding cherry tomato pesto tartlet and my wife had a very nice salad (so she could 'save up' for her souffle! For dessert, I had the Grand... The best of my life was the peach and apricot souffle. Waiter brought a bottle of peach liquor to add to the delight. Other souffles excellent but not life changing.

I've never had a soufflé before. We wandered in casually in an afternoon and luckily got a table easily. In the evening you will need to book. I had a white chocolate soufflé which was magnificent . Service was great. Price was reasonable for such a beautiful dish. I'll dream of this till I can get back again. If you... More
