Nice restaurant with great service. Fun to come here to have soufflé meal.....if you come with a few people you can try more choices. Loved the savory soufflé entrees as well as dessert soufflés. Small and elegant. You will love it! Recommend a reservation.

A friend recommended Le Souffle, and we are glad we tried it. On the way in there is a sign with prix fix prices, but you can also order a la carte, which we did. The souffles were delicious. Interesting, when the waiter took our order, he asked for our dessert order first, and then our main course order. I... More

My wife had seen this place in a TV chef's program and had noted it for our Paris trip. It was a disappointment because the main course and dessert soufflés were identicall, other than in size, and was the accompanying sauce that differed. The ambience in the front room was nothing special. The 'tourists' were all seated together. We were... More

This is not the 1st time I've been here, maybe the 1st time was 30 years ago and been there 2 or 3 times more....always a very nice place with great souffles. My favourite is the Grand Marnier Souffle for dessert. Cheese souffle is a basic but wonderfully done. Will be back. Book in advance.

We went at Christmas time and had a great lunch. My husband got a blue cheese and pear souffle and I got a honey, walnut goat cheese souffle. Both were really good. Dessert was also good---grand marnier and chocolate. I love that they bring a bottle of grand marnier with the souffle. We had great service and were seated in... More

After reading all the reviews I really had high expectations. It's okay, you'll have a nice dinner in a nice area, but nothing more. The food is perhaps not worth the price: the soufflés are okay but not very tasty, it's the sauce/gravy accompanying them that does it all. The chocolate soufflé is too sweet. And be careful about the... More

The chocolate soufflé is a must to end your delicious lunch or dinner. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve late lunch at Le Souffle. It was an unforgettable lunch----we had family that had just flown into Paris and were dropped off at the restaurant---it was such a joyful reunion----they gave us champagne to celebrate!! It was indeed the best Christmas... More

Having read positive reviews, our experience of a classy and celebrated institution was rather mixed. After ordering our drinks, it was difficult not to notice the wine that was spilled on our table by the waiter! Our starter of goats cheese and honey soufflé was disappointing due to the total absence of goats cheese however the spinach soufflé proved very... More

We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try...it offered up the best souffles that we have ever tasted. We only had the main course, as we were there for lunch. We can't wait to return to Paris, and have more souffles at this place...including the Grand Marnier Souffle that they offer for a dessert!
