Delicious

Goat cheese walnut honey appetizer souffle is amazing! Also the cheese and chicken mushroom main course souffle was like a classed-up pot pie, we were very pleased. And lovely staff, we had a wonderful time.

Lovely new experience, as I'd never been to a souffle restaurant. Yes, everything on the menu is a souffle. With the Souffle being so very French, and we were in Paris after all, we couldn't resist. My companion and I each selected from one of the prix fixe menu options that included a starter, main and dessert souffle. Oh what... More

This is one of my most favorite Paris stops. We usually enjoy lunch. The souffles are wonderful, the ambience is very relaxing, and the staff is simply wonderful. They are attentive but not overbearing and focused on making this a good experince.

After touring the Louvre you crave foe a lunch that does not include meat and the menu here is perfect. Lunch is a delight with a fantastic set menu. The soufflés are not dainty but are gorgeous I particularly recommend the pike and shrimp followed by the apple and calvados. Be warned after you need a stiff walk up the... More

Lovely restaurant just behind the Westin Hotel. The mushroom soufflé was delicious as are the sweet soufflés with Grand Marnier. Be sure to book as it's quite a small restaurant. We went to dine here a second time, however this time with no reservation, and it was full. We ate at Da Rosa just across the road, nowhere near as good... More

By far our favorite dinner in Paris for our week long trip. The staff/ownership were all friendly and attentive. We booked far in advance and were treated like royalty. We will be back in early September for our anniversary and can't wait for the best soufflé in Paris. See you in September! Kim and Jordan Lulich.

Cozy little place, excellent service. Soufflés amazing but beware of ordering too many as a sameness problem arises. It looked like they had some other lovely dishes, the French fries and steak looked ethereal! Having read other reviews we shared a prefixe but still included 3 soufflés, too much of a good thing. Salad great, wine, a reasonably priced rose... More

This is a great little place. Get souffles for a meal and desert. The Lobster Bisque will benchmark the soup for you. It is tucked away just down from the Lovre. A great stop after wandering this section of Paris.

We came here due to the very high reviews. We were truly disappointed. The soufflé proportions were not right. The texture was liquid in the center. It lacked good taste and spices. If we compare it to other soufflés we eat (especially La cuisine the Philippe, mmmmmm…. Yam yam yam) it is really over estimated.

Dear client, First of all, thank you for sharing your comment further to your recent visit in our restaurant Le Soufflé. I’ve been very sorry to read that the quality of food we delivered was not to your satisfaction. You seem to be an expert in soufflés and you wrote in a very malicious way some advertising about another restaurant.... More

We order a set lunch with an additional soup. Thank goodness we share. The salad, forgettable. Wine, ok. The chicken and mushroom souffle come is rather big bowl. It was creamy and light at the same time. Chestnut and foie gras soup was excellent. For dessert it was chocolate souffle. Again it came is big bowl. It was the best... More
