A very nice meal in Paris

This is a great little place. Get souffles for a meal and desert. The Lobster Bisque will benchmark the soup for you. It is tucked away just down from the Lovre. A great stop after wandering this section of Paris.

We came here due to the very high reviews. We were truly disappointed. The soufflé proportions were not right. The texture was liquid in the center. It lacked good taste and spices. If we compare it to other soufflés we eat (especially La cuisine the Philippe, mmmmmm…. Yam yam yam) it is really over estimated.

Dear client, First of all, thank you for sharing your comment further to your recent visit in our restaurant Le Soufflé. I’ve been very sorry to read that the quality of food we delivered was not to your satisfaction. You seem to be an expert in soufflés and you wrote in a very malicious way some advertising about another restaurant.... More

We order a set lunch with an additional soup. Thank goodness we share. The salad, forgettable. Wine, ok. The chicken and mushroom souffle come is rather big bowl. It was creamy and light at the same time. Chestnut and foie gras soup was excellent. For dessert it was chocolate souffle. Again it came is big bowl. It was the best... More

Situated in a quiet side street near Le Louvre, Le Souffle provides a meal with a difference. Most of the food is served in souffle form. I had a salmon souffle followed by chocolate. Both were amazing and there was easily enough food, if not too much. The staff were also great.

We accidentally stumbled on this restaurant.... And what a treat it was. Great appetiser escargots, original lobster thermidor soufflé, and incredible banana + Nutella dessert soufflé.. Plus great service, nice ambiance... All reasonably priced! We highly recommend it.

If you eat here it is better to opt for one soufflé only as having a three course soufflé menu is just too much. Speed of service excellent, food quality also very good if a little over seasoned.

Between the Louvre and the Madeleine ,fantastic lunch, light and fluffy, great chicken sauce, children will enjoy the desserts.

A friend who had lived in Paris recommended this and I'm glad she did. Was delicious. Great service and atmosphere. Many local Parisians there it seemed. Probably need a reservation. I got there at 2 pm and was lucky to be seated, it was full.

Nice restaurant with great service. Fun to come here to have soufflé meal.....if you come with a few people you can try more choices. Loved the savory soufflé entrees as well as dessert soufflés. Small and elegant. You will love it! Recommend a reservation.
