What a great spot. If you are looking for an unique meal this is the place. My mother and I both had beef soufflé it was amazing. The chocolate soufflé was wonderful if you love chocolate. The service was attentive and the decor was acceptable. Nice experience. Best soufflés!!

This charming restaurant provides an intimate experience with attentive and friendly wait staff, and delicious offerings. It is also surprisingly affordable by Paris standards.

Amazing selection of savory and sweet souffles. Sweet souffles better than savory. Had salmon souffle which was made with smoked salmon unexpectedly since that was not specified on menu. Apple souffle with Grand Marnier was terrific - the bottle of Grand Marnier was left on the table for extra indulgence!

I looked up for a place to eat soufflé in Paris. Strangely there are not many and even locals don't know! One great thing about it, is that they do have children menu! So kids are welcome. They found us a place for the buggy. The kids plate is very well presented, also ours. The place is lovely and the... More

One of my favorite restaurants in Paris that I've been visiting for 25 years. Delicious soufflés available for all courses. Make sure you save room for the chocolate or Grand Marnier dessert soufflés.

Very nice restaurant at a walking distance from our Brighton Hotel. I had escargots for appetizer and for dessert a scuffle with Grand Menier. We also have a bottle of Chateaux Margaux, excellent as the service

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious souffle meal at this gem of a restaurant in early January 2016. We had heard about it from watching the Australian SBS program featuring Luke Nguyen's travels around France. He dined at Le Souffle and the meals looked delicious so we booked. The french onion soup entree was hearty and delicious, the beef... More

We had the special 3-course souffle meal. It was a bit decadent, but hey, how often would you get this opportunity? The souffles were generous and delicious, with plenty of types from which to choose. Dessert was especially magnificent; my husband had the rum and raisin souffle, a wonderful creation served with a bowl of rum-soaked raisins as well as... More

We were never served the salad which was clearly presented as part of the $28 special. The restaurant was so small with so many waiters staring at us while we tried to eat. Very uncomftable atmosphere.. Soufflé was ok, but not a good experience at all. We felt too unfortunate to even question the bill because of the very stiff... More

I also ordered 3 souffles, cheese ,chocolate and raspberry , couldn't finish the last one way too much food. I glad handed the owners son Nicole I... More
