Everything about it is great, I love the menu and everything we order. Good service. I would recommend to order several plates so everyone tastes a bit of all, do not leave without dessert.

We went to Le Soufflé on the recommendation of someone who absolutely loved the place. I am not as enthusiastic and found 3 courses of soufflé about 2 too many. The dessert soufflés were the highlight and far exceeded the savory dishes. Service was great, especially for English speakers (I can see why it is popular for tourists). It was... More

We are returning customers. Excellent soufflé appetizers, dinners and deserts. $150 for the two of us. A bit expensive. Good service. The atmosphere is nothing special but it is clean and nice. Not sure we would return as the price is a bit high for soufflé!!!!

Very good food, however looking back I probably should have focused more on the deserts. The deserts were truly exceptional.

If this is still the place I went years ago, it is packed with American tourists. It's claim to fame is souffles (as you would guess) and not particularly good ones. Crowded, not great service, not French really; a tourist trap. You can go if you wan to have a comparison to other places in Paris, but I cannot say... More

Arrived too late for lunch but managed to get an evening booking (two sittings, 7 and 9pm) An amazing chicken and mushroom souffle to start and a grand marnier for dessert. FABULOUS. My partner had a beef bourguignon followed by melted chocolate. Everything was delicious, light and airy. Service was speedy (once we were seated) Don't miss out on this... More

Great value for the money. Great Service. Very close to the Louvre. Traditional French cuisine. We were treaded very warmly and had a most enjoyable evening. We will return and recommend Le Soufflé highly.

Light, airy, and extremely tasty ! I did the tasting menus and had three soufflés. Tapenade, salmon, and chocolate. I will never try to make one again.. these are too good to try to recreate. The service was excellent, the setting intimate, and I can't wait to return ! This is an example of Paris dining at it's best !

Nicely located across from the Tuileries Gardens, this provided our best value and best meal in Paris. The savoury soufflés were delicious as were the sweets (Grand Marnier and Raspberry (a gluten free option). Staff were attentive, friendly and professional and we all had a great evening before a stroll back to the Latin Quarter.
