Why I took 5 minutes to write this review....

I am a very lazy guy, so when I'm taking time to post a review on Tripadvisor about a positive experience, believe me, it speaks volumes.... The place is nothing special, but the food : wow, that's is definitely an experience that is worth having if you're in Paris. We started with the sea... read more

This is another of these places with a Japanese cook. We were greeted by a lady who seemed genuinely amazed to hear that we had come from the South of Paris to eat at this place. Service was kind and efficient. The carpaccio de Saint Jacques as a starter and the "Colvert" duck and the Turbot as main dishes were... More

We had a good evening at this charming and simply decorated Franco-Japanese restaurant. The Japanese owner is full of character but professional and attentive. And she knows her wines (good selection). The starters were excellent with some startling combinations of products and spices - I think the sea urchin was my favorite. My coley filet as a main dish was... More

Myself and my fiancé ate here on Monday evening, although they were fully booked we managed to book a late table where we had the most exquisite starters, mains and crème brulee to share for dessert. The food here was absolutely divine, one of the best meals I have ever had. The staff were extremely helpful and the waitress sat... More

It is always a pleasure to come back. The food is good, the wine list is interesting with a reasonable price. The service is nice. The ris de veau were amazing and the sea food gaspachio was very tasteful. Try the sparkling sake for aperitive

Amazing place, hidden in a small street in 12th arrondissement - only few tables, with some 25-3° seats all together, hence the booking is necessary; Quite large menu of well imagined, perfectly cooked and nicely served dishes, with a mix of traditional French cuisine with modern twist and some chef's imagination, perfect and tasty - we had delicious frog legs,... I have been coming to this restaurant for lunch for years and have always liked it. In October 2011 a Japanese chef called Eiji Doihara bought the place so any review before that date shouldn't be taken into consideration. It was good before but is excellent now although the wine is too expensive. The cheapest bottle of white wine, Sancerre,... More

Nice ingredients, nice preparation. Good result finally. Actually wines are a little bit expensive, but in line with the french market. Globally price per person a little high, but due to the quality provided and the chef involved. Nice experience.

We went the restaurant in the beginning of May by recommendation of friend, the restaurant runs by the Japanese, half of clients are japanese in the restaurant. two people serve in the restaurant for all the guests, and the chef and another person in the kitchen only, around 30 persons in the restaurant, a Saturday evening, fully booked. We found... More
