The original, always a must, again and again. New location, much bigger, not as cramped and the same story all over, be it in Geneva or Paris or in London in the Relais de Venise. Formula is right, food isa good, service is pleasant, only price is monstrous, but that is a result of the strong Swiss currency.........unbelievable.

Unique dining experience. We were told it was necessary to go early to get a table as they do not accept reservations, which was very helpful as there was a big queue from 6.30pm (opens at 7pm). At 7pm we were allowed in and were sat very close to the next table! There is only one choice of salad and... More

This was an enjoyable experience. There is only one choice - a meal of a fresh, simple salad, steak and excellent fries. (dessert and drinks are options too). The servers replenish the meal (and the steak was wonderful), tables are close together (and we enjoyed talking with the New Zealanders next to us), there is a line at night but... More

After being told to leave a recently vacated table (very rudely) only told to return to the same table, we were very displeased with the waitress and her rushed attitude. Unfortunately the same attitude remanded throughout our two courses. The food however, was a delicious two servings of beautifully prepared steak and flavoursome French fries. I would highly recommended le... More

The steak with the sauce is indeed very good. But that is it. Not something I would truly remember. I have to mention I thought the service was professional. And the merangue dessert was really good. Also a nice atmosphere. So I would recommend to eat there, but don't plan especially for that.

Don't believe the naysayers. This place is such a fun experience. We knew from friends that their is always a wait so we got there about 20 minutes before they opened. The line was around the building and pretty long, but getting there early insured that we got seated when they opened. Once seated it was pretty simple, pick out... More

It's like visiting the old playground 40 years later... Well, it was once an attraction. You get the food faster than the speed of light, no menu to choose from, thin steak in the same old sauce. One type of beer, unreadable wine list, 45 minutes an you're out. The salad was good, not more. The steak was hardly OK.... More

We went to this restaurant because of multiple reviews from friends. My husband and I did not think it was amazing…. There was a line when we got there, and we probably waited about 1/2 hr in the little rain. We think it is over rated….. But out two boys 11 and 13 years old really enjoyed the foods. If... More

The Entrecote (a cut of beef) serves one dish and one dish only: a perfect, perfectly delicious, perfectly tender and perfectly cooked STEAK. The frites are pretty good too. Once you place your order, you will be served a lettuce and walnut salad, then your steak arrives - with its "secret recipe" gravy, and the frites. Once you have devoured... More

Its a traditional restaurant where you can find the right menu for your hunger: For a starter, a small salad with balsamic oil. The main dish... Voilá - the most famous entrecote, juicy with green pepper sauce. It comes only with skinny fries. Simple like that. But it does the job quite good! Waitress are very lovely and is a... More
