Great food, service and atmosphere

While my husband and I enjoyed our lunch at Le Reminet, the service was cold and slow. We were one of 2 tables outside and it seemed like they forgot about us a few times. Overall it took almost 2 hours for 2 courses. The food was tasty and we liked the atmosphere, but the service really did bring down... More

I visited this week while visiting Paris with work with an American colleague. Our local French colleague was recommended the restaurant but was dubious because it is in the tourist hotspot, but how wrong could he be. Food was excellent, wine too, and the service very helpful considering two of us were non French speakers. Highly recommended.

This is a super little bistro close to the tourist area around the île de la Cité, but in a quiet street back from the Seine. We lunched there with a couple of friends who were also staying in Paris, at their recommendation. Very pleasant unobtrusive and professional service. It has an excellent French menu that is just the right... More

We were greeted by friendly hosts, they were all smiling and there were 3 of them for 10 tables. Fist we started with a starter pressed duck liver and smoked snakefish. Its a must!!! Then we moved to antres, duck for my wife and giant seabass for myself. They were both delicious and served with incredible vegetables. We really recommend... More

The food is excellent and so is the wine list. The vaulted basement dinning area is great for lovers. We try and eat here a least once every time we are in Paris

If you want to enjoy french gastronomy at an affordable price, the lunch menu is perfect for you! The food is delicious, good selection of wine, a romantic cellar and friendly staff.

We ate here on our last night in Paris (June 2015). We tried lots of restaurants in Paris on this trip, many of which we'd been to before and some new ones. Le Reminet made us happy. The offerings were different than the standards we'd seen over the past couple weeks as we traveled through France. The wait staff were... More

I ate at this restaurant about 15 years ago with a good friend and she has recommended it many times since then. On my last night in Paris I decided to try it again - and was impressed yet again! I was dining alone so did not make a reservation. It was busy, but they found me a table quickly... More

They have many gluten free options here. The food is really good, but it's fancy and sophisticated. The menu is not very big.

Can here with a large group for a business lunch. We had a complete lunch (4 courses). The food was really great. Had fish both for appetizer and main, and then cheeses and desert. The quality of the food (and wine) was great!

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
