Description: This St-Germain des Pres landmark continues to thrive as it has done since the turn of the last century. The classic Art Nouveau brasserie style is still elegant, with ivy arches, swooping iron banisters to the mezzanine, ironwork facade, and beautifully lit glass ceiling fanlights. You'll feel as if you're having a real Parisian experience and you are, you are. The menu is classic French. Try starter of wonderful fruits de mer, main course of calves liver meuniere with caramelised salsify and broccoli, and pudding of fantastic 'Saint Germain' ice cream sundae.

Delicious seafood. Very close to Cafe de Flore, has many different dishes, including a well served seafood complete dish. Good wine, opens for lunch and dinner!

A nice restaurant next to Saint Germain church. It looks like a tourist trap, but do not be deceived. Very well kept, nice decoration, nice and delicate simple french food, oysters, shellfish, very good fish, some good wines on the list. Friendly staff. Good option for the neighborhood.

A great place for a cosy, relaxed dinner. We were concerned about some reviews about slow service since we went on a Saturday night but didn't find that to be the case (we did have to ask to order wine after sitting for some time but it then came quickly). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was... More

We landed by accident in this restaurant in St Germain des Prés. Since we were early it was almost empty, but very soon it became filled with people enjoying dinner. Very cosy, very nice food and friendly staff.

This is the kind of restaurant you want when you have a group of folks to take to a nice place, and enjoy a relaxed no-hurry meal. The surroundings are very cool art deco, and invite you to stay a while and enjoy yourself. But the problem was we sort of had to stay a while, given the wait time... More

The best part of this restaurant are the incredible art nouveau interiors. However the food is quite average for the price and the service is really quite slow.

Not far from the busy & lively streets of Saint Germain, off on a side street near the Chapel of Saint Germain - du -prés you'll find this little art deco jewel restaurant.Interiors are warm with lots of wooden art deco panels, the ambiance is enchanting & the warm & friendly welcome from the moment you push those old fashion... We wanted to go to a stylish restaurant with good seafood offer. So far so good, the decors are nice and the seafood offer tempting. However, the service was slow, the waiter apologizing for "being busy tonight". We had the feeling that a priority was given to local guests rather than to tourists unlikely to come often again. The worst... More

Breakfast service was slow and not very motivated. Price € 7,90 for french breakfast was average. Maybe Dinner service (all Brasserie standards served) is better...

The Petit Zinc has a more charming interior dining room and nice tables on the sidewalk if the weather is good. We have eaten here many times, often drawn by the Fish Soup. This most recent visit was for a lunch, the special prix fixe on a weekday and it was very well prepared and presented. The service was kind... More
