While this restaurant is not cheap, the food is excellent. I was most impressed by the hosts who let us feel that they really cared that we enjoyed our meal and got great satisfaction when we cleaned our plates.

Recalling how much my husband and I enjoyed this little restaurant when we were last in Paris, I chose try it again during a layover recently. The service was attentive and gracious. I appreciated (as I had during my previous visit) that there was a healthy mix of local folks and travelers, such as myself. I asked the host to...

I see that there is a few mixed reviews recently and cannot understand why on my experience this week, maybe the old adage that you cannot please everyone all the time, or more likely some reviews from people who eat at McDonalds mostly.
The service is freindly and informative, happy to explain the dishes and the ingredients to the customer...

Poor food, cramped space, high prices. Really surprised that this place gets so many good reviews. Avoid it.
We read about Le Florimind on many review sites, including TripAdvisor and Chowhound. This is a great restaurant to go to right before visiting the Eiffel Tower at night since it is within walking distance. The wonderful host at this restaurant (sorry I didn't pick up his name) took our coats and entertained our bad but aspiring French. Reservations are...

We were lucky to get a table. We had no reservation but the restaurant had been recommended to us a couple of nights earlier by another American. It was the only somewhat sunny and somewhat warm day that we were there and there was only one table for two left on the sidewalk. We took it. I had the potato/leek...

We ate 9 plates and only 2 deserved a note. Three starters, three main courses and three desserts, the meat was so hard to cut that went back whole, the desserts horrible. Only the black Risotto and duck were good enough to eat.
I also noticed other tables laughing and switching to see if the partner could eat.
Probably it...

I echo the many wonderful reviews for Le Florimond. It was absolutely delightful in every way. The wait staff could not have been nicer and more welcoming, and the warmth of the service is matched by the quality of the food. This bistro is worth reserving as far ahead as possible. You won't be disappointed!
We ate here based on recommendations near our hotel. At the advice of others; We booked the reservation about a week ahead to guarantee a table. Upon arrival the staff quickly sat us at our table and saw to our needs. The staff spoke fluent English or French as required; the menus the same.
My wife and I ordered the...

I was looking for a typical french cuisine restaurant in Paris and a friend that lived in Paris for a long tine recommended this. I could see some "habituees" there, really french people ... Far from noisy tourists. Very good food ! Good price. You need to book a table previously, mainly for dinner.
