We were warmly greeted by Pascal, the owner. He himself, was worth eating at Le Florimond. That's what I thought anyway until we began tasting the food. My husband I both had the "menu", thee courses. I had the lobster raviolis and veal and my husband, the puff pastry and the beef served two ways. Both were specials and excellent... More

I returned to this testaurant for the third time and ad always enjoyed the friendly welcome, the great dishes and the reasonable price. There are better restsurants in Paris but this one is at the top of the "best value for your money": a goid dinner with reasonable price and with smiling and accomodating service.

I had loved Le Florimond when I ate there in 2012 (it was so good I went back for a second dinner). This time (in 2014) it wasn't as amazing as it had been. Perhaps it was the dish -- I had the duck confit rather than the beef. The owner was just as friendly and helpful, the ambiance is... More

Le Florimond is a small cosy restaurant that serves a mix of modern and class French food. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff helpful and the food is delightful. I've been there a number of times now and the last occasion was an early Christmas dinner on the 24th (2014) with my wife. It was a four-course feast the likes... More

We were tipped off to this restaurant by Alexander Lobrano's excellent tome, "Hungry for Paris," which highlighted the amazing stuffed cabbage. The other dishes were also good, according to Lobrano, and the overall atmosphere welcoming and delicious, so we decided to check it out, even though I am not one to be drawn by stuffed cabbage. I could not have... More

We had a resturant in mind but they were booked out, devasted we walked the streets of paris in search of a decent resturant that ticked all the boxes. Walking into Le Florimond we were greeted by not just the friendliest staff we have come across in paris, but the friendliest of people. The menu (also in english) was extensive... More

The manager here is a gem. He's so welcoming and helpful. The restauraunt is friendly, accomodating and serves exceptionally good food with a good range of specialities. The price is according for the area and not excessive. Mt Dad and I spent a very memorable evening here and I recommend it highly.

We asked our hotel for a recommendation for a Sunday night meal towards the end of our week long trip that had some amazing places and this one was no exception except that it was soooo comforting. This definitely had the feel of a family restaurant with an upscale twist. My wife had the cabbage roll which really should not... More

Recently, we returned to Paris for two weeks and started our trip with dinner at Le Florimond, where we ended our previous trip. The ebullient Pascal still oversees operations and ensured we were well cared for and thoughtfully walked us through the menu. We shared a wonderful charcuterie platter and went on to our individual mains of duck and venison... More
