Whenever I am in Paris, I have to go to Le Duc for their amazing Sole meunière. I even dream about it!

This restaurant is considered one of the best for seafood in Paris. I believe it has a Michelin star. Even so, we were able to get a 2-spot during an early-evening weeknight without a reservation. Most of the clientele seemed to be there on business. Service was excellent, even pleasant, but that did not make up for the deficiencies. The... More

If you want to find out why they call French arrogant and rude this is a place to visit. Not only is this place overpriced, the service is appalling, there is no other way to describe it.

When you arrive what a disappointment. It was empty and the decor was way below expectation. Feeling of an old and out of fashion passenger ship. When we left it was full with mainly local Parisian. The fish soup was excellent but lack of seasoning. The grilled Sea bass was unforgettable and very well served. The service is very professional.... More

Food is excellent and well presented. Very classical and basic French cuisine executed very well. When we were there the restaurant was completely full. Seem to be totally local crowd. I highly recommend. The restaurant itself needs a more modern decor. But it's also okay this way.

Le Duc should be renamed Le Avoid. When the concierge at our hotel requested a 9:00 reservation, he was advised that we could only be accommodated at 8:00 “at the bar”. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 PM we found only one table occupied in a restaurant that could seat approximately 50. . Once seated we advised the... More

Well known as one of the best fish restaurant in Paris, we have not been disappointed. Close to Montparnasse but far enough to feel in a quiet area and discreet place, the restaurant is cozy, looking like the acajou cabin of a yatch. The card shows only fresh seafood prepared and served in a dynamic but delicate manner by handsome... More

This little known restaurant, serves simply and perfectly cooked fish and sea food. The portions ae very generous, the menu is short, well balanced and surprisingly very well cooked. This is arguably the best place in Paris if you are a sea food lover. The setting is simple, the service efficient and pleasant, the food could not be better, their... More

We had wonderful memories from a previous visit. The food is still good, but rather overpriced, and we had a very unfortunate experience with the service. Our server was unpleasant and downright dishonest when it came to ordering the wine. Their response to our complaint was extremely aggressive. It seems like the restaurant is living on its reputation, which is... More
