Nice ambiance and location, good food but nothing special. It is a decent place to eat with friends, cozy but not for business. Tiramisu was excellent, clafoutis was boring.

We went there today for lunch With my parents, the atmosphere is relaxed, in a beautiful environment, very classy and decontracted, not noisy. The food was excellent, are the dishes are top homemade quality. The waitress was adorable. What else to say than a perfect place, in a nice Parisian atmosphere, with my favorite dishes, fois gras, smoked salmon, nice... More

Our dinner Le Grand Bistro 17ème was fantastic. The atmosphere is very nice and the food quality is outstanding. The menu offers a huge range of exellent french cuisine. Also the wine menu is absolut exellent. The "signature menue" for only 44,-€ is a really good goal: you get a apertif cocktail (Bellini, Kir Royal or Americano), a starter (choice... More

Used to be called Bistrot du 17è serving an all inclusive moderately priced meal. Ha schanged for the worse over the years. Expensive, very average tasting food, very kitschy decoration. Stay away.

We have been there for business dinner. we took the menu without beverages. The food was very good. The wine selection as well. The place is also ok for some bigger groups. I will be back.

Over the past three years we have visited this bistro on 7 occasions. The food is usually fine but the service somewhat variable. On our latest visit (4/10/15) the food was indifferent and the service very poor.

On the evening of the biggest day in french horseracing the bistro had too few staff to maintain a good level of service. The menu was presented on a small tablet with a touch screen. This made sharing it quite difficult but it did show pictures of the items listed if you touched the screen in the right place. The... More

The menu here offers lots of choices at differing price ranges. The meal I had was excellent and beautifully prepared. There is also a choice of eating inside or al fresco, depending on the weather. I was a bit disappointed on the slowness of the service. As I was an American woman dining alone, I felt like I was a... More

We went for Sunday lunch and had the Menu Tout Compris - I had a Bellini cocktail, magnificent oysters, lamb noisettes with dauphinoise and a most delicious jus comparable to the very best consommé reduced to a sauce. Couldn't eat much of my cheese by this stage and the maitre d'is had a a little basket made up for me... More
