44 Euro menu

Ate here on our first night in Paris. The staff were pleasant and knowledgable. We chose the all included E44 menu. This included 3 courses and a bottle of wine for 2. There was a good selection on all courses. My main course was Lamb with potato Gratin but no veg, which let the meal down a bit. All... read more

We liked this restaurant so much that we had dinner here two of the three nights we were in Paris. For under 50 Euros each, we had champaign, antipasti, appetizer, main course, wine, and dessert with coffee or tea. The snails were exceptional and so were the prawns and avocado. My husband really enjoyed the lamb also. The employees were... More

Aveage quality food disguised by a nice presentation and a sense of exclusivity in the decoration and details around. Service was friendly but slow; it took around 2 hours to finalize the dinner... Price was not very high but I was inevitably leaving the restaurant with the feeling that it was not worth the value...

First I have to say we go so much for our money. We were in France for 2 days and ate here twice. You get champagne, a bottle of wine and 3 courses with great personable wait staff! Eggs cocotte in mushroom source was great! Camilla gave us a brush up on our French! Joel helped do all our translations!... More

Very french, very good. Delicious food. A bit higher priced than everage but worth it. Majority of customers are over 40 yo. Typical French terrace outside.

44euro all-inclusive dinner. I had escargot, steak aubrac with frite and chocolate cake. Wife had artichokes with salmon, scallop risotto and some kind of cheese cake. Wine was good. Service was extremely easy for people with limited or no French, like us. Great setting. Recommend!

Living just around the corner this used to be our favourite restaurant in Paris. However it started its decline about 4 years ago when a different generation of the family took over the running of it. From a sense of loyalty we decided to give it one more go last week; What a mistake that was. No ambiance as it... More

Nice restaurant, good food, posh feelling, quality service, not very crowded, but still many people were eating and enjoying the place.

Le Grand bistro 17 is one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. I have come here many times over the years when I am on a business trip to Paris. For 45 euro you get a choice of appetizer, entree, dessert, and a bottle of wine. Many great choices and all in all, a great dining experience.

Dining with kids is not easy. This waiter was extremely helpful with iPad English menus and friendly attitude . Service was a bit slower but the desserts were especially great. French food with usual excellent decorations. Value is average but this may be classed as Fine Dining in a bistro . We did not use alcohol but there were good... More
