Not what it used to be

This used to be a fabulous Restaurant, but unfortunately the standards have gone down. The service is very rushed and although the price for the set menu has gone up, the portions has become smaller. I will think twice before I go there again. There are other restraurants in Paris offering a... read more

I have been coming to this restaurant for the last 15 years, almost every time I was in Paris, which is two to three times a year. For the first time I noticed that the standards are going down, both in service, but especially in the quality and presentation of the food. What has happened to this former gem of... More

I recently visited here with my wife and 2 other couples. It will always be memorable to us all for how awful a meal and "restaurant" can be. For mains 3 of us ordered steak varying from rare to medium rare, although the quality of the meat was satisfactory, none of the steaks were correctly cooked, at first we thought they... More

The menu was 41 euros for gorgous food and half bottle of wine also. Nice ambiance and staff. This was our favourite meal out. Everyone was happy here. Can walk from here to the Moulin Rouge.

We just walked in to this restaurant without reservation. We were lucky as it was around 7pm and was still quiet. By 8pm it was packed. We chose the set menu 3 courses and a bottle of wine for 41per person. Food was very very good, we enjoyed it very much. It was probably the best value for money meal... More

A busy restaurant with friendly staff. Good value set menu with three courses, aperitif and wine. There was no vegetarian option for the main course but the restaurant was able to provide an interesting selection of hot vegetables which was tasty.

This restaurant is one of several bistros run under one oberall management. All are excellent. This one is near where I live when in Paris and I have eaten there many times. I have also invited people for a meal. It has a set menu to choose from which is particularly good value for money. It is always full and... More
