Firstly, this bistro is lovely and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We opted for the €41 set menu which covers a Kir Royale apperitif, three course meal and half a bottle of wine per person which is astonishingly good value in this very expensive city. The Kir was definitely not made with actual champagne and the wine was decent... More

Landing there at 13h30 without any other reasons than having a meeting next door. Stood for 5 minutes until one waiter invited me to seat. Then he rushed the menu, had no other beer than Heineken, was polite but no really professional. Then the worst was to come: the "food". I ordered a so called pavé de boeuf with home... More

Although the restaurant appears quaint and inviting from the outside, the 39 Euro deal is no deal at all. My husband and I both ordered the sole as it was highly recommended by the waiter. My husband's was overcooked while mine was soggy. I had to return my dish as there was barely any fish to be seen on my... More

We have been to Paris twice now and this is our third visit to this restaurant. The price is great value for the three course dinner, bottle of wine, drink on arrival and coffee all @ 39.00 euros each. The waiters are all welcoming and fun while making sure everyone is happy and enjoying their dinner. Next time in Paris... More

BdDT looks like the authentic Paris bistro and has a welcoming atmosphere but is disappointing when it comes to food. We had chicken and pavé de boeuf which were very average to poor. Same for the desserts. So don't be pulled in by the authentic look and feel, look for a better restaurant. A pity.

Quite touristy restaurant with classical french bistro look. Beeing one of few restaurants open on a Sunday we ended up here. They have a set price 39€ for starter, main, dessert, half bottle of wine. Good value for money but nothing special or wow. Do not take the "French Sushi". It was sushi rolls with salmon (no tuna or avocado... More

Went here for my wife's 50th birthday during a long Easter weekend in Paris. The restaurant was recommended by the concierge in our hotel and what a find it was. €39 per person for a 3 course meal with aperitif ( kir royale), wine and coffee is excellent value. Your first thought is what's the catch? Or will the food... More

If you think this is anything less than amazing you need to stop eating at 5 star Michelin restaurants, go back and try again. Located just a shimmy from the Moline Rouge the staff were very helpful when we turned up flustered with only an hour to spear before we had to join the winding queue around the windmill for... More

This bistrot is really worth a visit, the food is excellent and the value for money exceptional in Paris, the chain has 3 bistrots in Paris and perhaps the one Place de Clichy has an even better service. Anyhow these restauarants are some of my regular hang outs that I can recommend to anybody visiting Paris.

The atmosphere is wonderful; exactly what you expect for a Paris bistro. The prices are good. However, while the food was good (not great), the service was horrible! I don't want to think it was because we were tourists, but we noticed that the French-speaking people around us seemed to have fast and friendly service. After 1/2 hr, we asked... More
