If you have a short time in Paris, this is the most "truly French" restaurant experience. The location near the Eiffel Tower is beautiful inside and out (although we were there in the pouring rain and sat inside near the window to the street...so nice). They have a patio for nicer days. Food was great, easy to order off the... More

We are a group of 4 young people. The food was excellent. The wine chosen by the waiter was suiting the meal. The price is appropriate to the quality. The service was friendly and had a nice and funny surprise.

My family and I had already been to this restaurant a couple of times and, although the food was alright, the customer service lacked professionalism. This Christmas Eve, however, was the last straw that breaks the camel's back. Two months ago we booked the 44 euro menu for dinner without any apparent issue, but the morning of the 24th they... This restaurant until three years ago was a wonder not only for Paris but for any major city in the world. For a very reasonable value you had a multiple list for choice of a first plate, second plate and dessert...and a bottle of wine for two.You would eat a good slice of salmon or ham, a meat or fish... So was hunting for a place to eat on the way to the Eiffel tower and found this place in an area with nothing open on a Sunday. Welcomed with a glass of champagne and nice service and a lunch time menu that was very traditionally French with a focus on sea food. Had foie gras to start and a... More

Excellent food, served nicely. The location is great and the summer terrace was enjoyable. Go with confidence.

While a little off the beaten path, it is well worth searching out the Grand Bistro Breteuil. The 44 € all inclusive signature menu is a real treat and a wonderful value. The restaurant is always filled with French families, friends and business people who all seem to be regulars. We make a point of coming here each time we... More

We had the sea bass, oysters, lobster bisque and lamb. Everything was good tasting. The lamb medallions were small and not the very best. The sea bass was excellent. The servers were not able to understand English well and our French is very sparse. We enjoyed the ambiance and it was so convenient to our Hotel Ampere.
