I really wanted to love this restaurant as I live about 50 m away. Service was good - seated immediately and offered menus bread and drinks. I had the sashimi plate for entree and this was a mistake the tuna and scallops were delicious, but the salmon was smoked salmon, not fresh sashimi salmon and although I quite like smoked... More

We went to this place a Sunday night, they were offering a fix menu for 59 Euros P/P. This was the only choice, so we were expecting something well executed....very far of that...the food was less than average and the service slow and erratic.

The Dorr family has very good restaurants in many Paris areas. I probably go to thi one with each Paris stay. Always dependable and it has its regular clientele..mostly French. I have been for lunch and dinner.

We went to this restaurant one evening last week because our son had an evening swim team training in the neighborhood. We were seated right away but then sat at the table with no menu, no water and no one even coming to talk to us for 15 minutes. At this point, I got up and told the man who... More

We had the set menu which was well priced. Kir royal as the aperitif was a nice touch. Good selection of starters, mains and deserts plus a bottle of wine per couple. The service was excellent and the food outstanding. The restaurant is a good size and tastefully decorated. We would recommend a visit, you wouldn't be disappointed.

We chose off the fixed price menu and found the food to be tasty and accompanied by excellent service. There was a nice atmosphere with the occasional pop of champagne cork as they served everyone their complimentary kir royal. Definitely worth a visit.

I love the Bistro at Place de Breteuil - have been eating there since 2005 - and recommend it to everyone going to Paris. Even longtime Paris travelers who have eaten in the "best" restaurants are completely enamored of this restaurant. The price is very reasonable and the food delicious! When you walk in you receive a Kir Royale, then,... More

We had dinner twice in this lovely little restaurant and both times it was perfect. The "Menu Compris" were three courses accompanied by an aperitive, a bottle of wine and espresso and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend the oysters, the fillet, the tagliatelle with scallops and the creme brulee. We will definitely come back... More

nice restaurant in a very nice area;terasse must be pleasant in summer.Have a menu with starter , main course dessert and wine which is quite reasonable. Good for a business diner or with friends. Old couples from the surroundings. Classical french food, nothing outstanding but good. Service fine.

This bistro was nothing really special. The food was simply OK, the desserts and the service were mediocre. No reason to go back.
