Very bad experience with this company, the shop front and online had advertised a gift box for children that included the macaroons and a unique toy in a presentation box, as we where away with friends we wanted to purchase this option for our 2 children, we waited in the queue and when served we requested the doll with the... The atmosphere of Laduree is elegant and nice, and the little boxes for the deserts are adorable. There's a huge variety of macarons and other pastries/deserts, but the quality is subpar. This is a place you go to for the name, just to say you've been there. I find the macarons to be better almost anywhere else in Paris, and... More

I cannot understand how there are so many people scoring this place high, can only think it's a lottery. We went to Laduree for lunch, really looking forward to the experience on a weekend in Paris. The decor is beautiful, it should be a wonderful experience, but the service destroyed all of our expectation. The young waitress did not have... More

Awesome Macaroons, very delicious. Worth the wait. The service could use a fillup though. All in all had a fun time

we went to laduree last week without any reservation. the waiting time was around 20 minutes but it was expected from laduree. the staffs were extremely busy yet still maintain to be very friendly and nice. we ordered 4 different desserts and all of them were amazing. the staff forgot our french toast order and he was very apologetic afterwards... We stopped in laduree on our way down Champs Elysees right as they opened. As noted by other reviewers, there was quite a line, however it moves pretty quickly and with a full counter of treats it takes just that long to make a decision! We waited about 20 minutes total and this was on a Sunday. We had the... More

Wonderful macarons, great selection and beautifully packaged - a must if you love macarons. Loved the mint and cafe flavors the most.

It's a good place do eat at Champs Elysee. Old but beautiful building, you feel like old times. Regular food, a little expensive, but you are in France - you must go there once in a lifetime. The macarons are very good. Try not to go on weekends, the service can be slow.

After a long touristic walk down Champs Elysee we felt the urge for coffee and sweets. We arrived without reservations and told we can seat you but you have to be done in one hour. OK, this works, so we thought. Being guided to our table and then just forgotten. We waved several times to waiters who came over and... More

If you like macarons, this place is a must! They have outdoor and indoor seating. I would recommend sitting down instead of just going through the dessert line up front.
