This was the best meal we had in Paris this trip (better than Louis XIII this time around). We ate a la carte; the starter was egg yolk in ravioli with white truffle and I had venison (rare and tender) with salsify. We had good service apart from the first wine waiter (not the sommelier) who treated a very expensive... More

This is the second time that we have been to La Truffiere, and once again we were very impressed by the whole experience. Both times (August 2013 and November 2014) we have had the seven course tasting menu, we have very much enjoyed not only the food, but also the atmosphere, setting, attention to detail and excellent service. On our... More

Bonjour! My wife and I came here for dinner in late Nov 2014 on a recommendation from either a tour we used or the Hotel we stayed at. I was told it was a Michelin rated restaurant so why not? I told the waiter that we wanted the 7 course meal and the menu had two options that I saw.... More

I have been many times to this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The normal a la carte menu is rather pricey, but they have a lunch time menu (not sunday at the moment) which is good value. The food is essentially cuisine nouvelle, so very tasty but smallish portions. I have been here many times, and usually save it... More

We too the market menu for Lunch. It was excellent. Portions are very small, and with a three course meal we were left a bit hungry. Still, this is one of the lowest cost options to experience a 1* Michelin restaurant in Paris. We took the wine of the week which was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and small -... More

The white truffel season, truly a bliss! I had the Truffel menu with the wine menu. The signature dish (oxtail) was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is very cosy.

We were fortunate to enjoy dinner at the restaurant twice in one week - first of all as host of a larger group for business (10 people) and then a few days later a quiet dinner for my wife and I. On both occasions the food and service were impeccable. The amuse bouche(s) - yes there were several - are... More
