My wife and I starting going to Tour D'Argent back when we first visited Paris in 2009 (and we have visited Paris 5 times since then and on each visit we have dined 2 times per visit, we love the place soo much). The restaurant is one of the oldest in Paris (dating back to the 1500s)... When you set... More

This restaurant never disappoints us. The outlook is Paris, the service drilled and perfect, the amuses bouche always different and enticing. The famed wine list is an experience in itself. We managed to resist the 1945 first growths, being seduced instead by a rather more mundane 2004 Hermitage. My wife's Foie Gras was again fabulous, as was the canard au... More

This is a food palace. I have dined here, with serious intent several times. Interestingly, it is not a very large dining room but nor is it small. It is like everything at La Tour d'Argent: perfect. The room is anchored, in the center, by a very old, perfectly maintained, and exquisite piece of mechanics. There is only one dish... More

This is an excellent restaurant and dining experience. Beautiful location with stunning views. The first class experience starts with the excellent staff and service - faultless. It always has to be Duck for me here and it was excellent as always. Each course perfectly prepared and presented. This just one of those restaurants that you return to - It has... More

My wife and I at here right before they closed for the August holiday. The view is spectacular overlooking Notre Dame and the Seine. The food was excellent. We went with the chef's tasting menu instead of the Duck 'Orange. The service was very good. In many ways, what made the meal most memorable was the sense of history. Kings... More

My wife and I treated ourselves to this restaurant and yes it is expensive but well worth it. From the moment you enter the building you are treated like royalty. As should be in a restaurant of this calibre, all of the staff are highly professional and the food, especially the duck, is to die for. The wine list is... More
