We eat here all the time. It's a reliable standby for fresh, good and unfussy food. The waiters speak English and they take reservations online.
We went to La Rotisserie d'en Face on our last night in Paris. It had been recommended by a friend. We were disappointed. 4 out of 7 people in the group had their signature dish, rotisserie chicken. Since this is an upscale restaurant, we assumed that we would be served a breast, along with a thigh, wing or leg. However,... More
This restaurant was pointed out to us in 2006 by a walking tour guide. We dined there twice during that trip and looked forward to returning during this visit. We were not disappointed, the food was great and service good even though the room was full on a Monday night. One of our party is a seafood fanatic but does... More
This restaurant reminded us of a quiet, elegant restaurant in NY. If you're looking for formal setting, formal service, and very good food, I recommend this establishment. Dress for the ocassion - many locals were beautifully dressed for an evening out.

Located 100 meters from the Seine, this restaurant has the perfect blend of great food and attentive staff who understand the dishes, what wine complements each course and have a great sense of humor. Their biggest competition is 'Le Christine' immediately opposite them (and definitely needs a booking), but both restaurants openly share produce and the waiters converse which lends... More

By the end the whole carriage was involved and 2 independent people people Recommended this place and I'm... More
This is the second time I have had dinner here and it did not disappoint this time either. The restaurant is quite small so it is wise to make a reservation. Many locals and it seems like the staff knew the patrons...seems like a great neighborhood spot. The food was superb..I had the rotisserie chicken (fabulous) and my friend had... More
