This is an update to a review I wrote on this restaurant a couple of years ago. Happily, our recent experience did nothing to diminish our very favorable opinion. Wait staff extremely friendly and helpful, food and drink excellent. Reservations required - if you go during the high tourist season you should reserve well in advance of when you'd like... More

The food was very well cocked and overall the evening was enjoyable. I would recommend the fish dishes as this is what we liked more so than the red... More

As 'bistros' go, this one is quite posh. It is located near the Eiffel Tower, in an upmarket neighbourhood. The decor is 'studies homely', as are the tablecloths and napkins. As in most very good restaurants, the menu is not long. Everything on it is a modern reworking of an old French classic. I had a fantastic game pâté, with... More

We'd just arrived in Paris and was given the recommendation to go here for lunch and were we in for a surprise and a nice one too. It's got this lovely wooden exterior and this fantastic French bistro feel and look on the inside. Staff is fantastic and the food just eases all your worries away. I had the pork... More

This is a very popular place and the food was excellent! We loved sitting outside during a cool fall night with a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower under a warm heater. A great little table and some amazing delicacies.

Famous (not just because Obama visited here when he was in Paris), always full of people, reservations recommended. I come here regularly and have recommended many friends to try out the great food here too... Fresh salad, bread, ham, classic French cooking, and some particular dishes...like calf brain, if you dare! Duck dishes are done perfectly, even for someone who... More
