Everything was Perfect!

Book ahead if you want to try this place because it is very small. We had a delicious meal from appetizer to dessert and the wine was spectacular too. Small and quaint restaurant. Our seating arrangement was a little cramped for four people in a back corner but watching the chef prepare every meal himself made up for it. He explained what he was cooking if he overheard us talking about it. The veal in mushroom cream sauce was one of the best meals I've ever had. Others in... More

A small place on a quiet side street with genuinely friendly staff and fantastic food. Try the Foie Gras au Cacao. Watching Chef Hugo prepare our meals made the experience all the more enjoyable...à la prochaine!

Very charming, very small restaurant with a limited bistro style menu. Our waiter was delightful and service very good. The foie gras appetizer was good, the entrees were okay, but the frites were perfect.

We had dinner at this little off the main street restaurant Anderson were all pleasantly surprised. A jewel for sure. Although quite small it adds to the charm. Simply, the decor, service, and food were outstanding. Thumbs up all the way.

Really small restaurant in the hearth of Paris, with the particularity that owner cook right in front of you (if you are in the first room). Nice young waiter Short menu with 4 starters and 4 main and 4 desserts Good wine choice at a average price (for Paris) good value for money I suggest to book in advance since... More

Great service, interesting authentic fresh french cuisine, charming decor for a very reasonable price. This is probably as good as it gets for Paris.

We have been coming here since 1985, when Hugo's parents Claude and Yvette managed the restaurant. It is a very nice small place, and a booking is recommended. Food is delicious and the wine list is good, do ask the waiter for recommendations. We have been bringing frieds both French and foreign friends to the restaurant, and it is always... More

At the recommendation of our son, a chef and restauranteur, we ate at this tiny restaurant right after we arrived, and based on a superb meal ate there several more times during a recent prolonged stay in Paris. The regular menu is interesting, but I chose the specials each time. Each was a sensational dining experience: very interesting and creative... More

we went with friends at the start of a long weekend in Paris, having booked from the UK. It was amazing having a table beside the cooking area, so we could see the array of amazing dishes being cooked and plated up. After a very friendly greeting from the chef-patron, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner: foie gras, andouille, veal all... More
