A little bit better than the other french restaurants

This restaurant is in a very good location and serves typical french food. If you are a fun maybe you will like it. Personally i found it average with a bad terrine du canard and the main dishes were good to be honest. I like the dishes with meat, sauce and fries. I am a bit confused if i want... read more

A small and friendly restaurant for travelers. The food was great, especially the ravioli. The waiter was extremely friendly and he was speaking English very well.

This small bistro (8 tables) near the Louvre offers traditional French cuisine in an intimate 2-room setting. The choice tables stand by the open kitchen, where diners can watch the chef/owner at work. But everyone, of course, gets to sample his magic. On our recent lunch here, that was rabbit and vegetables in mustard sauce (25 euro) and a fondant... More

I chose to eat at this restaurant as it was near to my hotel and it had good reviews on Tripadvisor. It was definitely not a disappointment, on the contrary, I truly enjoyed the experience! The food was delicious and freshly prepared in front of me. I was on my own and had the chance to sit right in front... More

The unassuming facade and entrance to this small bistro give no hint of the quality of the meal to be had inside. Last week was our second visit to this superb restaurant and this time we were lucky enough to sit at a chef's table in the kitchen area. The beef bourguignon sauce reduction with egg, bacon, mushroom and red... More

Loved every bite and loved waching and chatting with Chef... NOTE: If not for the great reviews, there would be no chance of me "walking in" on this place. The cover does not match the book here. Bon Bon! 5 stars 2 snaps up!

This is definitely one of my favorite Paris restaurants. I must eat here on every trip to Paris. It is a tiny two-room restaurant where the chef/owner cooks out in the open in the first room. My favorite place to sit is at the small one-person table across from the chef. It is where the reservation book is kept unless... More

Lucky us! We were walking by this tiny restaurant and were able to get a table without a reservation at one of the two tables in the kitchen. (I will make a reservation next time I'm in Paris for sure). The food is uncomplicated and very meat focused. It was a joy to eat the food created by a passionate... More

Reserved a table for 4 - 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 & 7. The chef was very accommodating with the children standing in front of the perspex screen watching him prepare and cook the dishes; he explained all the dishes to us and made changes to the dishes to suit the children's palates. The creme cointreau for dessert... More

An experience we will never forget. Tiny little place with 7 small tables. Exquisite food. I had the steak with mustard sauce which is the best steak I have ever had. My husband had the partridge, which was tender and flavorful. The waiter was very young, but the most professional, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was perfect for our 25th... More
