I lived in Strasbourg-Alsace for 5 years so I know a few things about la cuisine alsacienne and this restaurant was not haute cuisine. The service was good until the moment I complaint about my desert where they ignored me and never talked to us again. My first course was interesting (the only thing) sunny eggs with snails and bacon... More

Excellent French cuisine in a quaint setting. We were tempted to leave before ordering because the restaurant is not air conditioned and it was a very hot July evening, but we are glad we stayed. Chef Schmidt is very talented.

Took my brother there on recent trip to Paris when we both wanted to avoid tourist traps. In that we succeeded, seeing that we were the only foreigners there, but we were not exactly surrounded by Parisians either - despite being Friday night, only a handful of tables were occupied and together with the harsh lighting, resulted in a distinct... Superb French cuisine in a modern classic decor. My wife had discovered this restaurant during her stay and it was the first place we went when we met up! Very friendly and efficient service. Highlights include the trout, the jannet de Porc and the strudel. And finish off with an after dinner drink at the wine bar across the road.... More

For years this unassuming restaurant has been my reliable go to place when I need to entertain in paris and impress guests without paying over the odds! It's the 5 star cuisine and well selected wines in a more relaxed setting in a residential area that kids me into thinking it's My secret but judging by the bookings it clearly... More

I've dined here a couple times and loved it every time. The restaurant is small, but cozy. The staff is friendly and translated the menu for me. The daily menu is provided on a blackboard. The prix fixe meal is a good value. I've typically had the fish and it's always prepared perfectly. Reservations are a must as this place... More

I ate in this restaurant 3 years ago and this return visit has exceeded my expectation. It was very good then, but this time is much better. I can honestly say that it is one of the best restaurants in Paris. The cooking is superb and the taste is fabulous. I had the white fish (baked with almond). My wife... More

I have had dinner at L'Os a Moelle at least 5 times in the last 7 years. My last visit was back on June 29. I called the restaurant at 10 am that day and I was able to book a table for that same night. Dinner was very good and you can't beat the price: $38 euros for a... More

Good location, couple minutes walk from the metro. Wine bar across the road owned by the same people, looked a fun place to go with friends to enjoy the buffet. We just went for pre dinner drinks-had a great bottle of wine there recommended by bar man. Relaxed atmosphere here and in the restaurant. Great tasting menu, good friendly atmosphere.

I was invited to have a business lunch there in 2009 and we went through a soup, a one-course main meal, French cheese as the wrap up and a dessert. The soup was tasty, but I cannot say anything more about it, because it was a very small dish. The dish I remember the most was the pea puree with... More
