Best Traditional French in the area

Out of the entire week, this little gem of a restaurant was the best folder had. The staff was accommodating in every respect, and the food was out of this world.

I had this crab souffle that was really great. My parents had Coq au Vin and Veal. All really good. We shared the crawdads. Yummy! And the flaming Grand Marnier souffle was also terrific. This is not a finicky small portion type of place. This is country style hearty food with some souffles thrown in. I think you'll really like... More

Auberge Bressane is a bit out of the way and worth the trip. It's a wonderful, neighborhood place within a reasonable walk from the Eiffel Tower and filled with locals....always a good sign. The décor is typical Bretagne with an excellent, regional menu and warm, welcoming service. It's not inexpensive, but this is Paris and this is quality.

Great staff, food and even the clientele is friendly. A must if you are in the 7th, but worth the tro from anywhere in Paris. Soufflé is amazing!

I love this restaurant. I love the staff. I love the food. I love the ambiance. We live in Paris 3 months a year and this is our go to resto whenever we are craving French comfort food. It never fails to deliver. It doesn't matter. Escargots, pot au feu, coq au vin, soufflés, etc., well, you get the idea.... More

This is our 5th time dining at AB. We've loved it every time. The Rossini was out of this world and don't even get me started on the salted caramel souffle. I can't wait to go back!

A nice small restaurant in Paris offering a variety of fresh home cooking food. Unfortunately, they didn't have that evening some of their more famous courses and we were disappointed. I must say that the food was OK , fresh, well cooked, a little bit heavy (good for the cold winter) but nothing special as you may expect . The... More

Found the restaurant as it was located a minute's walk from our hotel. It's on the main road yet still almost hidden away. The prices were slightly above our budget, but it looked like a lovely place and was packed when we first visited, so we treated ourselves and it was worth it. Food was sensational and generous in portion... More

I really enjoyed this restaurant for its delicious cuisine, its lively Parisian ambiance, its good service and its amazing wine list. Let's start with the food. Well, all the dishes I had were simply superb. Refined, tasty and prepared to perfection. The wine list is astonishingly long (30+ pages) and as expected, mostly steered towards French wines, for which the... More

Was recommended by a foodie friend with a particular emphasis on the caramel souffle. It was unbelievably tasty and perfect in texture. We shared it and given the size, am glad we didn't order another dessert. As to the rest of the review. We took the metro from our hotel on the Right Bank and had no problem finding it... More
