Great food but not a child freindly place at all

The food was greta, my 6 yr old ordered the teriyaki chicken, myself had sushi that was amazing, and my wife is vegan so the restaurant made some dishes as per her preference. But the staff was very stiff and seemed not very happy to have a child in the restaurant. Not a very relaxed atmosphere... read more

To be clear - this is not where you should go if you are looking for traditional Japanese food and quality sushi. They play house music and are uber-hip. While their food is semi-decent (and by decent the Sashimi was nice and fresh but the rolls were not the best rolled sushi I have had and the appetizers were a... More

We dined here twice during our stay in Paris. It's a two storey restaurant, but try to get a table on the second floor - much cozier. Their fruity sake is very tempting and sushi are of the highest quality. One of my personal favorites was angus beef. Ohh, green tea japanese cake and creme brûlée are lovely! Definitely coming... A modern restaurant with a wide selection of cooked Japanese dishes. They also serve sushi and sashimi, but I tend to order the cooked dishes since some are quite innovative. The food is always good as is the service. Try the Kyoto-Brest or the cheesecake for dessert (from the Pâtisserie des rêves), or the very good mochis. Many people prefer... More

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at Park Hyatt Paris and it was within walking distance from us. We opted for a tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. Our favorite item, by far, was the miso cod. It reminds me of Nobu's miso cod, so tender it melts in your mouth. Service was good, but the food was... More

When you envision a trip to Paris, you envision not just the beauty and history of the city, but also the romantic high end restaurants with delicious food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, my visit to Kinugawa (along with my sister and a friend) was a far cry from the latter. While the food could plausibly be deemed good by most... More

Tonight I have just been enjoyed a great dinner at this restaurant...and this is the second time...even better than the previous one! The food is really tasty and of excellent quality; nevertheless the staff is very prone to serve you at best and quickly...even too much, I would add! Yes, it may be pricey, but it also depend on How... More
