Delicious food and great decor

I had an early dinner here, right as the restaurant opened at 7:30pm and overall it was a very good experience. The menu is extensive and all the dishes we ordered were delicious—fresh seafood, inventive cocktails and good-sized portions were in abundance. Service was ok, but as there were a lot... read more

When you envision a trip to Paris, you envision not just the beauty and history of the city, but also the romantic high end restaurants with delicious food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, my visit to Kinugawa (along with my sister and a friend) was a far cry from the latter. While the food could plausibly be deemed good by most... More

Tonight I have just been enjoyed a great dinner at this restaurant...and this is the second time...even better than the previous one! The food is really tasty and of excellent quality; nevertheless the staff is very prone to serve you at best and quickly...even too much, I would add! Yes, it may be pricey, but it also depend on How... More

I read about Kinugawa in Lunch with Financial Times and, since we are always looking for good sushi spots, we decided to see if this was on par with other experiences in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Monaco and across the US. We went on Valentine's Day which can often be a bit stressful for both staff and patrons but that wasn't... More

I read other reviews about the not so good service. This is not true. The guy that was serving us was so kind and helpful about our food choises. The general service was perfect and there wasn't any food delay between the starters and the main dishes. The food was so delisious. For sure worth it, and i will come... More

I really love sushi and this is why we visited Kinugawa in Paris. I eat sushi frequently and i have to say that the food was remarkable. The two cold entrees suggested by the waiter were heavenly and all the ordinary maki were the best we had. I haven't eaten sushi in Japan but i can easily say that Kinugawa... More

We came in for the last dinner service with a group of 4 adults and two teenagers. The restaurant is quite chic, with nice interior design, dim lights, nice crowd. Some of the choices in the menu were unavailable. We received precise suggestions from waiter, who insisted we hadn’t ordered enough food and pushed us to order 4 extra dishes... More

As good as the best in Japan! Highly recommended. Every dish is excellent and nicely displayed. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Paris. Book a table well in advance. Even good sake selection.

I went there for dinner, and it was really good. Kinugawa has a very nice vibe (we were on the 1st floor). The food is excellent and i would recommend the Hamachi (starters). However, the service was a little slow but i guess it happens. It was an overall very good experience and would definitely go back when in Paris.
