Service needs some help. Beautiful spot for a drink!

We have been going here for years, for the view primarily. Nestled at the top of the Pompidou Center, Georges has amazing views of the city. YOu can either choose to sit inside surrounded by glass walls or in their outdoor cafe. During our recent visit we decided to stop there for a drink after... read more

Honteux, scandaleux !!!! Personnel hautain, méprisant, suffisant. Plats quelconques !!!! Prix exhorbitants. The own interest of the place is the roof-top, but you can find much more pleasant roof-top in Paris. The waiters and waitress are not professional. Not a good place to have a diner or a lunch.

What an amazing night - for all the wrong reasons. Went for a business team dinner on a Monday night, table booked for 19:30. Starters were served at 22:15. Main course around 23:15. View are very good, not so much after the first two hours waiting. All the other tables had similar waits, looked like they had 3 waiting staff... More

We visited Le Georges on a sunny evening in June 2015. We booked a table the day before and asked for a table outside. Well, let's start with the good points: - We choosed the Bordeaux for 38€/bottle. Even if it was the cheapest bottle of red wine, it was a very good one. - My girlfriend enjoyed the view... More

We went for her birthday dinner. The view was very nice from the roof top. It is true if you dress nicer, you will be put in better seats. Definitely recommend reservations! The beef was amazing!

We wanted a city view for dinner and this is exactly what we got. However, to find the restaurant is quite difficult. No one is helpful, so you waste time trying to get there. It is atop the a very modern museum. so everything is VERY minimalist. If you are looking for comfortable seating, this is not the place for... More

Great restaurant with a view, perfect for the sun set and good appetizers to start the dinner or lunch experience. The food was really good and the price was fair!

We had dinner 6 friends and arrived around 9pm it was quite full. Modern atmosphere as should be since it is at the top of modern art museum. But the menu was poor. Landscape was 4star and menu 2star the prices was not deserve what you got. Sorry but we will not see each other again

Been 3 times, always perfect. Such yummy food, great music, great atmosphere. We turned up with our 3 children and they were so professional and the service is excellent. Won't go to Paris and not go to this restaurant. Love it!

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
