We have had some great meals in Paris — but this place is the best. It is not the go-to place for fussy gourmet dining. But if you want wholesome food prepared with unique style and taste (and nicely presented) — look no further. The service was first rate — and the head waiter, Hamid, went out of his way... More

We ate here as a group whilst on business in Paris. We had a set menu which we had chosen beforehand. The starter was fish and was lovely. We had duck as a maincouse which was beautiful, cooked to perfection - no mean feat when you are cooking for 14 people. The sweet was a lemon tart - again lovely.... More

We were staying at the Westin Vendome and the concierge recommended Drouant. It is a classic Paris restaurant that offers excellent food and service in a beautiful surrounding. The menu choices were excellent as was the wine list. The service was attentive, but not obtrusive and the waiter was able to discuss each dish and make recommendations. We arrived for... More

we had the pleasure of dining here recently. The decor was elegant, as soon as we saw it we were expecting a great meal and we weren't disappointed. The food was outstanding and the portions were larger than any French restaurant we had been to. We had trouble finishing, which is rare in Paris. The service was paced perfectly and... More

We went there with our family but I can also recommend it for romantic candlelight dinner. They propose a special menu for children in there high class style for a very good price. It was the 4th time we went there and we always appreciated it. So will we in futur.

Loved this restaurant for the ambiance (quiet, candle lit, and romantic!), the food, and the service. Staff was very helpful, made great recommendations, and spoke English well. The food was excellent (especially the sauces) -- but go hungry, the portions are large! By far the best meal we had in Paris!

Yes lunch at terrasse of Café Drouant still a great Parisian Moment. Very professionnal and smiling service, but the food wass not a same level, 42€ for a Beef filet pepper sauce very regular and small (medium cook) Im not really enjoy with my choice... Delicious and rich dessert, wine by the glass just correct quality, expensive but not exceptional.

We have chosen Cafe Drouant for the last dinner of Paris vacation mostly because of location - just down the street from our hotel, and were not disappointed. It was a little chilly but the heating lamps made the outside seating, which was separated from the street by lovely live fence, very comfortable. Quite romantic setting. We had lamb and... More

A place where my wife had been before but a first for me. Unusually for Paris there is a vegetarian selection and the waiting staff are flexible when catering for vegetarians. A varied menu featuring some classic french dishes as well as a different daily plate of the day. A very good lunch, ideal for us.

Great restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement! My wife enjoyed the duck breast while I loved the John Dory. Really enjoyed the complimentary truffles and orange slices at the end of the meal as well. The overall service was fantastic!
