I booked this restaurant for my wife's birthday based on Tripadvisor reviews. The actual experience exceeded the expectations. We enjoyed the food, the service, the atmosphere and the "at home" feeling, The "Chez" in the restaurant's name is rightfully there.

The food was just amazing. The best duck breast I've ever had and the atmosphete is just great. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked prepared a nice carot mousse for him and also the other side dishes were tasty. I'd recommend to reserve a table.

This tiny restaurant had brilliant reviews so we decided to go there. Tiny thing in the backstreets of nowhere. We had no booking, but they happily accommodated us, and the service was outstanding. It's a 2 man show, the owner is the waiter and only one chef. They really delivered! Unbelievably tasty food beautifully presented, with a great cozy ambience.... More

Our 1st night in Paris we ate at this restaurant following reviews on here and it didn't disappoint. The food and service were outstanding. Now we have to try and find a restaurant that lives up to this one!

Went to this lovely little restaurant just recently. It is rustically decorated and relaxed. The owner (though rushed off his feet) was thoroughly charming. We had a delectable meal (I had the duck breast with honey and rosemary followed by the creme brulee) and they were both really really top notch. I can only echo the previous reviews - not... More

If you looking for excellent French food in Paris, book here (you have to book, cause they have only ten tables). This is no tourist rip off. You got a cosy small restaurant with really superb food at a reasonable price for Paris. And that is hard to find in Paris! Starters from 10 to 18 and main courses from... More

We went to this restaurant after recommendations from friend. The food was delicious, the service is good and the price on the food is definitely worth it! Remember to reserve a table, the place is always filled with people!

Yes as everybody else says, this place is a hidden gem! I have visited this restaurant twice in the last week and now I am back in the UK I am definitely going to miss it. No restaurant over here that I have been to compares to this. Reasonable pricing for the quality of food, lovely wine and very friendly... More

This restaurant is superb, I had the escargot and scallops and wow we're they amazing. The only negative aspect was the waiter took 25 minutes to give us our drinks, because of how busy it was and he had no help. Other then that minor Inconvenience there isn't much I can say besides the food being fresh and home Cooked.... More

Imagine you have been to Paris many, many times and had several superior meals. And then you visit Chez Toinette, and are totally blown away - by the food, the wine, the atmosphere and the service. By far my best dinner experience in Paris. This gem seats only 20-25 people, and there are no extra leg room. However, the relaxed... More
