If you cone here for a Michelin star experinece, with a wide varierty of side orders, an astonishing, white table cloth restaurant, you'd better look elsewhere. Here you'll share the table with ohter people, meals are prepared over an open fire close to where you sit (on the ground level), and the side orders are limited. But the meat is... More

Chez Robert et Louise was recommended to us by our Parisian hosts and it did not disappoint. It is a must for meat lovers! We were sat on a large table (which had other guests eventually seated on it; all of whom were Parisian which I think says enough about the restaurant and we shared a bottle of wine together)... Packed with happy people enjoying an evening along with fine cuts of lamb, beef, and more. We were lucky to be seated at the bar downstairs, as it is fully reserved on Saturdy night in late March. Most are speaking French and we did well enough to order well.

My favourite place to eat in Paris, the quality of food And ambiance outweighs the hint of arrogance thrown around by the owner and the staff. Still love it And reccommened to all non-vegetarians

Our party of three found this restaurant by accident but a quick glance through the window convinced us all it was worth a try. It looked warm, cosy and inviting and the sounds of people enjoying themselves could clearly be heard from the street. There was a real buzz about the place and when we were offered a table in... Having failed a previous choice of restaurant, we arrived at Robert et Louise around 20h30 Saturday evening, with no reservation. We were told that they could only accommodate us at the counter. We were so tired that it seemed a great option! We ordered rillettes, lamb and duck breast and half a bottle of red wine. Some minutes later a... More

Booked a table here after reading other reviews and we were so glad we did. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It is a great place, really informal ( we were offered either to share a table or eat up at the bar) so don't get upset that 'normal' dining rules don't apply here - it all adds to... More

Amazing steak -we shared the rump and it was so juicy. We have had steak all over the world including Argentina and this was one of the best! Great open flame grill and nice atmosphere if you don't mind sharing a table.

Very hard to find, this little Paris gem serves prime steaks at great value. The meat is served with nice sides to go with . We had the rib-steak for 2. to die for.

We were struggling to find a table for two for lunch on a Saturday and had already looked in here earlier but decided against waiting. Returned as had no luck anywhere else and liked the look of the place. Glad we did. It was still busy, but they asked a couple if they minded us sharing their table. It was... More
