If you are looking for steak frites this probably is not the place for you. Having said that, if they had steak frites on the menu it would likely be the best you ever had. Three course lunches were 35 or 55?. We had the 35? memu and it was sensational. The room is lovely; sobre but chic. The service... More

We happened upon this lovely restaurant in the 7th eme and were extremely pleased! The service was wonderful. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The menu we chose was also an excellent value at 35E each for multiple courses. It even included small tastes of delightful things between courses. The desserts were absolutely divine as well. I got the... More

This was our first visit to Chez Les Anges. The food is delicious, the decor very chic and the staff professional. We had a lovely dining experience.

After a couple of times going past here we finally crossed the threshold and tried this place out. There were no free tables but plenty of seats at the bar. The place was humming on a Friday lunchtime. Part of the reason we were put off previously is that the menu was the same irrespective of the time of day... More

I am a frequent guest of Chez Les Anges since 3 years. The owner of restaurant Chef Jacques Lacipiere is always present to welcome us. Service is good, gently and the food is excelent. In fact the food is really good traditional french cuisine. The langoustines les anges is something! Prices are fair and you may bring your own bottle... More

A perfect choice for a beautiful and romantic dinner. Lots of locals always a good sign. Option for 3 course 35€ Table D'hote very good value. Lots of other choices on menu as well, but can get pricey. Food very good, but have had better in Paris. We were happy with meal, but with so much choice in Paris, will... More

Nice restaurant, attentive staff.Quite some well to do locals as customers ,always a good sign.A very nice surprise: apart from the tables there is a London style marble bar to eat at. For starters excellent shrimps and scallops.Fresh and carefully prepared. As main course we had the Saint Pierre ( John Dory) ,well executed. The chef likes to add ( somewhat uncommon)... More

This delightful resaurant is rated a "red Bib" by Michelin which means good food at a moderate price. That's true, but their a la menu tempts you upgrade - to say nothing of their excellent wine list. We ate foie gras followed by sweetbreads. I followed it with lipitor at the hotel. The decor was somewhat upscale for a "red... More

At the risk of hyperbole, this is one of the best restaurants we have ever been at, including several Michelin 3 star establishments. The welcome was warm. The food was excellent. The service was as well. We had been there several years ago and returned with several friends. (Francais). The establishment could not have been better. On our just-concluded trip... More
