Always a safe bet!

Whenever we visit Paris, we always go to Chez Andre for god old fashioned French bistro food. The service was very good - very nice ambiance. we had the foie gras starter, steak tartar followed by baba au rhum - which was delicious. definitely worth a try.

My hotel recommended this as an excellent yet, slightly casual place to eat. The service was professional and personalized - the food was delicious and memorable. I'll be sure to return on my next visit to Paris.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food is average. The onion soup was not thick enough, and the snails missed the flavor. The price is average.

If you have money to spend on a place with uneatable food , here's the right place ! The ambience is nice so is the location but the food sadly ruined it. The starters tasted like nothing and the meat tasted horribly ! Just do urself and ur wallet a favour, never eat here.

If you are looking for an authentic Parisian brasserie then this is the one for you. Cramped tables, squeezed closely together, noisy, bustling, predictable menu and pricey all sound like negatives but they all come together to make a cozy, thriving, place with dependable homely food. A special mention goes to the serving staff. We were a big group of... More

We've been here a couple of times, it's consistently good, the ambience is fantastic, the waiting staff are so attentive. Even when they are full, they seem to be able to squeeze us in, it's full of locals (always a good sign) food comes quickly and is good. It's worth a visit, if you want to eat in a Local... More

We were sitting at Chez Andre, just 6 or so weeks before heinous terror attacks rocked the city and the thriving institution that is its cafe culture. Reflecting on our experience, having lunch on a beautiful afternoon in September out on the sidewalk in front of Chez Andre, I have an inkling of understanding how and why Parisians came together... This became our go-to bistro close to our hotel after a long day. Just a wonderful little spot. It has a family vibe with the boss and all the wait staff giving the impression they've worked together for years. The kinda place that when you walk in the door, your recognized and treated like a regular. Delicious bistro food, daily... More

My wife and I had dinner here last Friday night (1/8/16). It was our second time at the restaurant. I love the atmosphere. It is truly a traditional French bistro. I had the duck, which I really enjoyed. My wife ordered the sirloin steak and had to send it back. The waiter was very accommodating and did not make us... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by the concierge at the hotel. It is a small, comfortable place. The staff were friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced.
