Great View

Make sure you stop by this Café after a visit to the Lourve. You can sit in the archways and people watch in the square. We had croque monsieur and it was very good.

We asked for food and drinks. For some reason, they brought a complementary bottle of water. We poured it, only to discover tiny living creatures in it. We did not dare to touch the glasses, so we asked for two more glasses. A real surprise.

After a long walk to Louvre, found a table inside the arched passage. It was great spot away from the crowd to have coffee and watch people go by.

Oh, I so wanted to like this place! The location is amazing and it just looked so perfect! Nicely set tables, beautiful and comfortable chairs on a terrace overlooking the Louvre pyramid. The wait staff are all beautiful people in ditto clothes. The combination of all these things, location, ambiance etc prepared me for a stiff bill and I was... More

Not cheap, but the good was good and service to match. Right at the Louvre. We had a cesar salad with chicken, a salad nieceoise with fresh tuna and a bottle of Sancerre. Enjoyed everything. $105 USD

My collegue in Paris booked this restaurant for my collegue in Japan and me. Budget is EUR100/person for full course with 1.5 bottles of wine for 3 persons. Location is 5 stars. Service was excellent!

Who knew you can have a fine dining experience at the Louvre? Well you can dine either on the patio or inside the lovely restaurant. The food was quite good which was a big surprise and the service was good too. It is the perfect place to rest up and to escape the madness that is the museum. Definitely worth... More

Found the waiters to be arrogant and rude - the meters and Greeters were delightful, but the night was spoilt by the arrogance. Great location, but.....! And then showed they were pissed off because we refused to tip!

Stunning semi hidden terrace looking over the Pyramid and the tourist hoards. Overpriced but good service however, the views more than make up for the somewhat inflated prices. Suggest a later lunch and drinks or early dinner when the Louvre is open late. Perfect for a covered escape during a rainfall. Front seats have a full sun view and heaters... More

My aunt was in town and she suggested that we eat here. As every review will mention, the view from the terrace is amazing, since you're looking right at the Pyramid. The menu is extremely overpriced, since it's the Louvre's restaurant, but the food was actually very good. I had the salmon tartar which was to die for. It was... More
