Great Location

Spectacular location right across from La Louvre. We sat outside and got a good view of the La Louvre courtyard. Food is decent but that is what you would expect. Food is nice but nothing exciting. Be careful as most things came out raw and they didn't even ask (tuna steak, burger ie minced beef!). Service soso. Nice view. Prices for mains 35-45 eur. Glass of wine around 13 eur:-(

After a busy morning walking around Paris, we ended up at the Louvre on a gorgeous sunny day! Feeling quite parched we stopped at Le Cafe Marly for a quick drink and a nibble! After ordering a few drinks (which were taken down incorrectly) the food arrived which was of a good size! The drinks were incredibly expensive along with... More

Great venue for a quick lunch. The club sandwich and croque Monsieur were very good. The service was good.

Five of us ate here on a Thursday night at 8 p.m. Not crowded, we promptly got a table. Initially it seemed our primary wait person was an inexperienced young lady who seemed not to know which glasses were for water or wine, but an excellent young man soon showed up and took charge. My entree was an excellent octopus... More

The location is so splendid (at the side of the Louvre and its pyramid), that I cannot understand how this restaurant can be so poorly managed. It used to be a great place, with fine cuisine, but it's not anymore. Its clientele is mainly made of tourists, business people and quite upper-class people. The menu has become poorer with time,... Cafe Marly sits inside the Louvre, with amazing views onto the yard and inside the Museum. So location deserves top marks. Furthermore, if you are partial to fusion cuisine, this restaurant will not disappoint. First class produce, fashionably mixed up in multiple traditions. Service is also fashionable, which means less than totally efficient and professional, but more than adequate. Prices... More

My wife and I had dinner here one evening on the recommendation of family who ate here a couple years ago. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My wife ordered the truffle ravioli, and I had the roast lamb. Both dishes came out fresh and at the same time. The ravioli was great, and the lamb fell right off the... More

If it weren't for being pregnant and walking all day, I would have made a little more effort to lunch elsewhere. I knew what I was getting into, so I wasn't disappointed by the food or shocked by the bill. It was truffle season, so obviously the truffle ravioli had to happen. (It was good. Not great. Just good.) My... More

This place has it all the bustling atmosphere, the prime location, the amazing truffle ravioli and the views of the Louvre from the window... Marly Cafe can not cater to the thousands of tourists that smash through the gates of the Louvre and its museum, that place would become a glorified McDonald's like the on across the bridge from Big...
