How beautiful and mesmerising a restaurant can be? Well, this is it; if you want to be hypnotised by Art Nouveau beauty, colurs and splendor you should dine at Julien. Their waiters are accustomed and very helpful to foreigners and curious crowds (I've proposed to my wife there!) since rightfully this restaurant draws customers from all over the world. The... The art nouveau building is just amazing. It is impossible not to feel astonished by the beauty of what is left of a long-gone Paris. Julien keeps the kitchen working well - therefore, the escargots and everything else that we ate there was excellent - not to mention the wonderful drinks, wine and service. I think they deserve no less... More

We were warmly welcomed. The service was very friendly, fun and helpful. While the set price menu included many of the tourist favourites, the food was well cooked and nicely presented. The house wines ( red and white) were good and great value. Would recommend them.

We went there on saturday and had a reservation for a table for two. For one Person it was only possible to sit down when the table was moved. The quality of the food was miserable - the meals were prepared in advance and the quality of the food miserable. I dont recommend going there.

Unique, historical restaurant, with stunning Art Nouveau interior. Delicious food, pleasant service, and warm welcome. Asked us when our train was to accomodate us time wise when we arrived, which appreciated. Also put our cases away safely. Staff moved us to a more private table for two when requested. We enjoyed the set meal with wine. About 20 min walk... More

We have returned to Julien for each of our visits to Paris. We have always had a good meal and warm, professional service. This visit was no exception. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. Everything was prepared well and presented tastefully. The flexible price-fixe selection is the economic way to go. Lots of good combinations, a glass... More

A very nice restaurant in the St. Denis neighborhood. The decor is beautiful with lots of stained glass and plaster accents with statues. I went there for a business dinner in 1994 and the food was good but the desserts were outstanding. My husband and I went back 2014 and it was even better than I remembered. We had their... More

always very good ,I've was there 3 times in the past 5 years. Excellent service, top food and reasonable price. What else would you like in a city like Paris. when you enter this place it's like being in another century. The decor is fabulous and authentic. A typical Parisian restaurant

The decor is nice, typical French art nouveau. But the restaurant is not that much worth: tables are too close one to each other, the noise is terrible, the food rather standard.
