First, this restaurant has an expensive menu, somewhat to be expected in Paris--and particularly on New Year's Eve, when we were there. But that said, our evening was everything we could have dreamed! Every single staff member treated us as special guests, with good humor, refined service, and incredible efficiency. Quiet but fun jazz wafted through the air from a... More

My first time to Paris and was recommended this restaurant and was not disapointed, the atmosohere was authentic, the food fabulous although a bit pricey 300euros for four of us. It was very busy glad we'd made a reservation as poeple were being turned away

We had read that the restaurant was great-looking and the food was so-so. I would have to say that both were excellent. Far from being filled with tourists, the restaurant was packed with locals! My wife and had a flavorful and filling choucroute garni accompanied by an excellent Grand Cru Riesling. All priced fairly. We will return.

This uber busy location is more of a food factory than a fine dining location. The servers are bustling about, the customers are drinking and dining, it's out of a Renoir painting. Sadly the food was just OK, oysters tasty, mignonette fair. The Charcroute Garni was also good but nothing to write home about. Perhaps it's the concept of hot... More

This is described as an Alsatian Brasserie which means it has a number of dishes from Alsace as well as more traditional dishes. It celebrates 150 years since opening in 2015 and the décor is sumptuous. We came here for a celebratory meal and were not disappointed. We had oysters (large)and fois gras (excellent) as starters followed by sauerkraut (also excellent)... More

Nice service, very nice place with moderate and little expensive food. I ask "satobrijan' and the price was 37 Euro for one plate only. But there you can test the best creme brulee.

It quickly become my little pleasure to go there while in Paris. Typical Parisian Brasserie, awesome food (Choucroutre Sea Food, Meat.... Everything is good here) Good choice of wine. Service without fault. I will go back for sure

"Brasserie Bofinger" has opened its doors in 1864! It is still there and still considered the most beautiful "brasserie" in Paris! Amazing! Its "Belle Époque" décor and stained-glass dome will certainly catch your eyes! Reservations are a must, specially for dinner and, principally, if you want to seat at its main "salle" under the mentioned fantastic dome. "Bofinger" is famous... More

We booked from London & got a great table under the glass dome in the main room . What can I say about Bofinger - go in & act like a Parisienne & you'll be rewarded with respectful service & good food . Act the tourist , ask for steaks well done etc, no attempts at speaking any French &... More
