My friend and I had dinner at L'Auberge de la Reine Blanche and it was very good! It's a cozy small restaurant served only by girls. The food is very good, but the desserts are even better!!! Try their Crême brulée!!! The location is awesome! The only thing that could be better are the chairs. They are not very comfortable.... More

This small restaurant is just a short walk from our apt.. We eat there on a regular basis when we are in Paris. It is a wonderful experience! The food is inexpensive and traditional. We always feel like we can get a good meal at a decent price. Most restaurants on the island are a bit more expensive , so... More

We had a great long Sunday lunch here. It's not fancy but the food is very good and exceptionally well priced for a restaurant on Isle St Louis. Definitely one for our list of places to revisit.

Right there on the Isle de France, within 5 minutes walking distance, from Notre Dame cathedral, is this gem of a restaurant. Small and unassuming, this restaurant came onto my radar screen in the 1970s and I'm delighted to report that nothing has changed -- except that more people have discovered it. Now, a reservation is strongly encouraged whereas in... More

Spent the last night of a three night stay in Paris and after a rushed visit to the Louvre and Musee d Orsay, we ended up checking out a random restaurant in I'lle Saint Louis as we were impressed by the minimal tourist and local feel from the nearby creperie we had for lunch. Atmosphere was probably best described as... More

A very busy Sunday lunch time; yet the single waitress did an amazing job. Cosy - it certainly is; but food was good and fantastic value for money, especially compared to some of the near by restaurants that exploit the popularity of this unique part of Paris. We have been at quieter times and found many locals eating here.

This place serves traditional French food yet is very casual. Servers wear jeans, so you can too. Paper napkins. Nice, old world atmosphere with very cozy (aka tight) seating--tables about a foot apart. Great location on Ile St. Louis. Food was good but not outstanding. Decent prices on wines by the glass. We appreciated English speaking staff as my French... More

The cuisine was deliciously handmade and very French. The only bad point ? We had to wait quit a long time between every order ... Nonetheless the waitress was very nice and friendly just as the cooker who came several times to meet the client and ask if everything was alright. The decoration is very nice as well. I'll come... Nothing glamorous about this tiny restaurant. It serves good food efficiently to tourists and locals. The lunch special of poulet moutarde along with a drink was excellent. It was accompanied by roasted potatoes and haricots. All were cooked perfectly and for 13 euros, it was a good deal. Then we went back a few days later for dinner and what... More
