A good value price ratio for meat eating people.

I'm back there with a few friends and enjoyed the ambiance (and the round table we have been given yesterday night). The price/value ratio of the menu, the chosen items still very good, maybe the quantity look a bit reduced from the last time we visited the restaurant, Fortunately, it's far from... read more

Very bad service. Unfriendly staff. Food so so, little to no taste. Not used to large groups. Wait for an hour for a drink. Worst experience in years. Never again.

This is a traditional steakhouse on the northern outskirts of Paris. We travelled from CDG Airport. It took around 80 minutes and 75 Euros just to go to the restaurant from CDG in a Taxi, so I would only do this if you really have no choice. The traffic getting into Paris during the week is atrocious and if like... More

The quality of food served was less that acceptable for this type of establishment. The manager kept walking by our table looking at our plates and noticed we barely touched the food. A 105 euro dinner were the steak was inedible and the duck was dry deserves this rating. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 rating is... More

Very busy restaurant. Lots of families and business people. had the duck with salad and green beans. The duck came with a very tasty gravy. The service was fast and efficient. Waiter did not ask how my meal was which I would have expected at a restaurant of this caliber. Still would recommend it, especially if you like meat

A true traditional french restaurant with helpful and knowledgeable staff. My rognon de veau was as near to perfection as I can imagine. Ask for advice about the wine and you will not regret it. This place is out to give you the best not the most expensive.

I went here with some friends before seeing a concert at the new philharmonie. The ambiance is quite classic and the service extremely correct, in that special french way. The menu is focused on beef, and that's what we got! We split the (750 gram!) Chateau Briand between three of us (the menu claimed it was for two, but with... More

Marvellous meat! No hope for a veggie here. We ordered the T Bone (500gm) between us, which they were happy to do for us. If we'd come for an evening instead of lunch we would have gone for the Chateaubriand, which looked amazing. Beautifully cooked food, lovely staff, a real memory of a place.
