Clean, good food. Nice to be able to order half liter of good wine in the carafe. Nice little "porch" outside. Perfect for cool evenings. Nice inside too.

We had the best time in this restaurant. It was our first night in paris, we dont speak french and the waiter helped us so much. He was very nice and helpful and he speaks english! The food is amazing, everything we ordered was delightful (the foie grass is one of the best Ive tried). Great atmosphere.

The best place in Montmarte village for quality food. Nice, cosy atmosphere, great wine but the food is just out of this world...... The only problem is that because the food is so good it is very popular and often one will need to book in advance or just wait for a table....

Average food, nice people. Old school place, cute and homey. If I lived in Montmartre I would go there once in a while, but would not go again on visits to Paris.

We were first introduced to La Pomponnette by our guide John Paul of culinarytoursofparis.com on a lunch tour. We enjoyed it so much that we went back later on our trip to have dinner. It was the best meals that we had in Paris. Their food is prepared based on what is available and in season at the market. The... More

Serving classic french cuisine at high level this restaurant is one of the best in Paris. Off the beaten track in Abbesses not too far from Montmartre the owners are present every day. The restaurant is run in the 3rd generation now and the menu small enough to guarantee top products and freshness. I ate the pied de porc (pig's... More

We ate here on a Friday night and really enjoyed our meal. We both ate starters and a main course and really couldn't eat a dessert as we found the portions generous. My reblochon salad (type of deep fried cheese) could easily have been a light (not that light either!) lunch on its own. My husband had smoked duck salad... More

I went to A la Pomponnette with a food tour with Culinary Tours of Paris and it was great! This place has been around for over 100 years, and it's still family owned. I ordered the beef bourguignon and it was fabulous. Quick service, nice staff--I'll be back!

I had a dinner: the price was really quite expensive, considering the average of the area, the food was not special. Ratio Quality/price is low

This restaurant is a classic and is now run by the fifth generation. Most of the dinners are locals - which is always a good sign.
