Food: Outstanding Service: Low to Average Decor: Low to Average Location: Good Reservations were a must at this new and small neighborhood restaurant. Although there were few choices and all were seafood dishes (except for dessert) everything we tried was outstanding. The service was adequate and the decor simple although there were tablecloths and all the necessary dinnerware and cutlery.... More

I had lunch on Feb 1st at La table d'aki. The restaurant is small and someone spartan. I was surprised to find that there was no lunch menu and we had one choice of starter and two choices of main dish. The starter (sabayon de langoustine) and the main dish ( sea bass) came to 50 euros each, which I... More

La Table d"Aki is not for everyone. But, if you are a serious foodie, who likes seafood, you are in for a treat. The restaurant is tiny, only 16 seats. (Not tables, seats!) You have a choice of the petite or grande menu. Get the grande! You have no idea what you'll get, but you will love the beautifully presented,... More

Our daughter who lives in the 7th took us there for dinner: what a treat! The restaurant is tiny, the kitchen is tiny and the food is grandiose! There is no menu to choose from, you eat what the chef makes. That night, the menu focused on fish, each dish we had was superb. Dessert was fantastic. the cuisine of... More

M. Horikoshi brings a special corner of the three star Ambroisie to an intimate, spectacular, tiny one-chef space. The set menu (in two sizes) is all fish - but like you have never experienced. It's just exquisite! He originally did everything, but now has a helper (who spent a year as a student near us in Washington, so we exchanged... More

This restaurant really is like having a top chef cook for you and a few friends in his kitchen. No choices. You get what he cooks. And it's superb food. We had the full menu and left very happy! This is going to be a hot ticket very soon!

This restaurant is going to be a huge hit in Paris It is a very small space(only 16 people), very minimal decor, PERFECT! The food is done by Mr Aki alone and is done with perfection It is going to be very difficult very soon to get a reservation, but try Exelent!

We arrived as the restaurant opened at 8pm. By 8:30 all sixteen seats were occupied. Mr. Horikoshi cooks everything himself. For dinner, the only choice is a five course meal or a three couse meal. It is amazing how well paced the dinner is and how he focuses on one table at a time preparing food that is beautiful to... More

Akihiro Horikoshi is an extraordinary Chef! An experience that respects itself of 20 years at the Ambroisie in Paris, multitasking Chef, server, sommelier, a wise and careful impassive creator. Fish or shellfish are aligned in the plate with fine vegetables colorful or mashed, gravy sauce in nice touches like an ideogram. The desserts are in unison with the rest, and... More
