Excellent

The French do something special with calf' s liver. It looks like they poach it gently and then sear it to give it a crust. Albion puts it on a square of polenta and scatters some parmesan crumbs on top. Served with a simple garnish of pea sprouts, radish and pomegranate seeds, it's superb... read more

A fine little bistro in the back of a wine bar -- not your standard business model, but an excellent neighborhood spot, in a seriously obscure corner of the 10th -- Albion is unlikely to show up on the reference lists of concierges or non-locals, so finding it would be special for a tourist. The quality of hospitality at our... More

A chance find, but a lucky one. Very friendly and helpful staff, with far better English than my french. A small menu (4 main course options) of fresh produce and they were happy to make amendments to accommodate dietary requirements. The bread was plentiful and the house wine excellent. Not the cheapest, but the food (monkfish and asparagus) was delicious... More

We found this restaurant by chance while walking to our hotel, there happened to be a nice-looking golden retriever in the window which attracted our attention long enough to check out the menu. The waiter spoke excellent English which was an immense help - my wife is lactose intolerant so trying to work out what was suitable to eat on... More

My husband and I visited this restaurant in April 2014 (I'm a bit late on making my reviews!). However, we still remember our experience at Albion fondly and frequently reminisce on the incredible food and wine we had. My husband ordered the fish of the day and they created a fantastic vegetarian course to suit my needs using their fresh... More

This small restaurant was in the same street than our hotel, therefore we tried it, and we were lucky to do it. Atmosphere of a wine bar, good kitchen (I tried the foie gras to start and the duck as main dish), wide choice of wine, friendly staff, it's fine for couples, friends or business (not formal) dinners. The food... More

Located just around the corner from Gare du Nord, this is a perfect Paris bistro restaurant with great food and fine wine - simple, unpretentious and cosy. After a very friendly welcome, the service was extremely efficient and the food superbly presented - the unlikely combination of duck, beetroot and goat's cheese being one of the most delicious meals I... I'd like to thank the website, blog or friend who directed me to Albion but I don't know to whom or what to extend a merci. I use a photo lab nearby and last week it was near 7 pm when I left the lab and could only think of a vin rouge and comfort food. An area search in... More

Albion is an unpretentious restaurant bottle shop hybrid delivering a food and wine heaven. I ate there in mid Jan 2015 but I note the photos on Trip Advisor are out of date as they show its old location, it's now moved next door which is hardly far. This is a perfect business lunch or dinner with friends venue. The... More

Albion sits on a side street in Paris knowing that it's warm glowing room & short menu is all its needs to attract a full house on Wednesday night in early January . Staff were cheery & happy to speak english if need be . The menu is short & confident as well as being a breath of fresh amongst... More
