Excellent meal last friday night. We ate their pork which came as a sharing plate. Food was excellent although there could do with a few more accompanyments as the portions are not enormous - then again, I have a large appetite. Excellent atmosphere in the restaurant and although we didnt select from the butcher's counter, I really liked this concept... More

Visited in December with my partner. Lovely welcome and assistance picking lovely wine. The restaurant is a meat heaven with a butchery in house encouraging you to pick your cut with expert advice. We had prawns, ravioli, steak and two deserts and all were delicious. We liked that the menu is not set in stone and chalked up on boards... More

I had the pleasure of having lunch there. The décor is nice - a cross between a butcher shop and a brasserie/restaurant. Quite nice, inviting and very friendly staff - knowledgeable and interested in their outlet. +1 Overall the menu is what a good meat joint should offer - good cuts, simple prep (open kitchen does help) and a pure... The meat is really good, it's a steak house place. But what i disliked was the fridge with the meat, like you're at the butcher, some people might like it, but i dont really enjoy it lol. Otherwise the place is very nice, and the food is amazing!

I made reservations for this restaurant mistakenly (originally meaning to eat at Le Croc in the Bastille district), but this turned out to a very happy accident! It was the Paris bistro atmosphere that I was looking for in our visit. My fiancee and I agree, this was the best steak we've ever had. Although this was more money than... More

We didn't go to a lot of places to eat but this was by far the best food we had! They were very nice and patient explaining the menu to us. We ended with a vine from cotes du rhone area which we love. The wine was fantastic for the money. We just had raw beef starter and ravioli starter.... More

Chosen by my husband for dinner while I shopped! It was excellent and as the other reviewers have said the beef was just delicious. The complimentary saucisson on a board with a knife to serve yourselves together with the warm bread was a good start to the evening.

As a family with two young children we ran in here during torrential rain having no idea about the place, just looking for a family lunch. We were treated incredibly well by the staff although it was obviously not frequented by families. Our waitress was very attentive, helpfully explaining the whole menu in English, offering options for the children and... More
