Innovation into tradition

We visited the restaurant three times in three years. Very unique mélange of taste, scent and colour. Faboulus ravioli of fois gras with truffel oil sauce, cochon de pork iberico of unusual softness, traditional desserts fully re-invented. Again, the chef and owner, Ulla, is a skilled and brave professionist: "haute cuisine in a nutshell".

We were welcomed by the chef, Ulla into her cosy and friendly restaurant. The menu was small but very appetising, no vegetarian choices I'm sure they would accommodate you if you asked when booking. It's that kind of a place. The Sommelier recommended excellent wines by the glass for the meal and I would go back again if visiting the... More

La Veraison is a small restaurant with just about a dozen tables. The menu is relatively limited with just a handful of dishes and a similar amount of starters and deserts but don't be put off by that - the food is excellent. The wine card is more exhaustive than the food menu and the waiters are happy to help... More

Small restaurant. The chef cooks in the entrance. The dishes are original, fine, and excellent. Good choice of vines. Good vine advices. Excellent pinot noir! The "velouté de chataingne à l'huile de truffe" is excellent!

Dinner tonight with my husband and (adult) daughter, was wonderful. The owner was very friendly and spoke english to us, which was a bonus. Our waiter also spoke english and advised us on wine choices. Our meal (entree, main and dessert) was superb. I highly recommend La Veraison to anyone visitiing this area in Paris.

I had a business diner at La Veraison. I needed a location in the 15th district in Paris and decided to trust the good reviews. We were not disappointed. Main course : Rissoto with cepes and scallops. super taste. Dessert the house speciality : quenelles of chocolate with salted caramel icecream : great.

A small shop, around 20 seats, and 3 workers there. Very patient cooking, servicing, and giving suggestion. We two order the chestnut soup and ravioli for starter, wonderful especially in winter. Main course, risotto and pork, i can tell their cooking standard could reach Michelin level, but, with a much worth portion. I highly recommend you to go, if you... More

We have visited the restaurant because of it's good rating on Tripadvisor. After a very nice and warm welcome we have ordered 3 courses. All courses were very good but my highlight was the curry with duck. Excellent!

Out of the tourist circuit this restaurant offers probably one of the best gastronomic experience in Paris, without breaking the bag. Try the risotto and the burrata, best I ever had. Chef is really charming, he even came to the table to talk to us, nice touch!
