The hotel we stayed, Hotel Grand Francais recommended this place. We were treated so well, I'll never forget. The food was exceptional, too. If you are like us, who is not accustomed to eating in luxury French restaurants and don't know how to behave properly, but want to eat exceptional meals, this place is for you.

Very nice place for a good diner. Excellent service, friendly yet professional. Original associations (fish-meat) in this fusion cuisine, with a discreet Japanese inspiration. Icing on the cake, the nice setting and design. the mezzanine in particular. Highly recommended if you're looking for a cool place for dinner.

We had a really good time; the service was very good and the food delicious. We chose to trust the chef and went for the surprise menu; one with fish and one without. Everything was delicious and we discovered wonderful flavors and dishes that were not on the menu. The waiter had also great advice for the drinks!

A bistro but modern and at the same time modest. Not trying to be pretentious or experimental. Just good basic modern bistro without going over board. Loved the service. Got a few free bee's which is rare in France. Lovely decor and atmosphere. If I was being overly critical id say portions per course were slightly small and tables too... More

To be honest, I was expecting more from this place: The dishes were daring, but the result not expectional. Service was passable but not great, ambiance and décor nice. At least is a good value for money.

We also had Mango Tartine which was excellent. Location was just enough out of the way to be quiet. Located one block from the Fauborg Saint Antoine.

This was the first dinner my husband had that he enjoyed in France. We have been here for 10 days. We had to duck into an Italian restaurant in the Latin Quarter early in the trip just to keep the peace. But Le Tintilou was finally different. We had aperitifs, appetizers, entrees and desert with a good bottle of wine... More

As an American in Paris I couldn't have asked for a better experience than our meal at Tintilou. A birthday splurge, the food, wine, and approachable service made for a memorable evening. We choose the prix fixe and were delighted by course after course of heaven. Pate, shellfish, beef, a sculpture of dessert, it was all prepared beautifully. I don't... More

Well above average, but more good than very good for the moment. Cuisine is modern French with influences of North Africa and warmer climes. The printed menu of 4 starter and 4 main plates suggests a focus on market choices and an evolution with the seasons. Three of us ate decently for €42 a person (about US $55 in May... More
