It was the quiet location inside the chi-chi Burgundy Hotel plus its Michelin 1* rating that initially drew me to a restaurant that presents itself as a serious gastronomic eatery somewhat detached, thankfully, from the other over-hyped and touristy establishments that have become an entrenched fixture in Paris in the 21st century. I liked it so much that I lunched... More

We had a nice lunch here in the Baudelaire. The staff was very friendly (for Parisian habits) and they serve good fine food for an acceptable price. For the dessert one had the choice between a large variety of pastry, a feast for the eyes and the stomach!

We came to lunch to Beaudelaire restaurent with my company. I felt bad and went to the lady' room. 10 min ago the waitress came to check if i was ok. When she saw me pale and not in a good condition, she managed everything to make me feel comfortable (room, water, ice cubes, chocolate et). 10 min later, the... More

This Michelin star rated restaurant located in the centre of the modern hotel Burgundy was advised to us by Frederik Deceuninck, the young and very promising chef of the Michelin star rated restaurant Sel Gris in Knokke, at the Belgian coast. And he had been telling the truth. The "menu de degustation" proved to be an ultimate tasting experience. Although... More

We were staying at the hotel and decided to eat here on our last evening. Having had some interesting experiences on our previous nights, we were looking forward to a really good meal. We were not disappointed, the food was divine, the wine choices were reasonable. We had the taster menu and my allergies were taken into consideration, every course... More

We had a very special dinner that wowed from start to finish. The bar for a pre dinner cocktail is a lovely setting but the dining room is even better. The food, wine and service was of very high standard and a lack of language was no hindrance. The coup de grace was a lovely engraved chocolate tablet for our... More
