Le Cadran Bleu

Ate breakfast each day on our 3 day stay at hotel nearby. The 10 euro breakfast is good as stated in another review, staff very friendly & let me practice my French when ordering. He spoke English. Give it a try.

For less than 10€ you can get a crossant, a piece of baguette, marmolade, butter, omlet (with ham or cheese), a warm beverage (coffee, tea or chocolate) and an orange juice. All very tasty!

got 2 of their steak dishes and they were incredible hard to cut through and perhaps even harder to chew, we tried to explain it to the waiter that didn't seem to understand what we were saying since he took our plates and made us new ones. The problem sadly couldn't be fixed by just making us new steaks since... More

I was looking at the various restaurants in the neighborhood trying to find something quaint yet clean and without the typical ethnic cuisine in the Juares area. When I asked the waiter for a look at the menu, he was very pleasant and accommodating. I was surprised further by his English ability. I sat inside and ordered the lasagna. It... More

This was the nearest restaurant to the hotel we were staying at in Paris. We had a fantastic meal here and enjoyed it so much we had breakfast here in the morning. Our waiter spoke perfect English and helped us out with our terrible French. The highlight was the few cheeky extra shots of vodka they gave me with my... More

We were walking around & happened in to Le Cadran Bleu. We had an enjoyable meal with tasty food & quick service. A bottle of the wine of the month, mixed grill & salade Landaise set us back 35 Euro. The mixed grill was a nice combo of steak, lamb & sausage. The salade did not include the promised gizzards... More

We stayed in this area on a recent trip to Paris, and although we ate most meals closer to the center, one night we wanted to stay close to our hotel. We wandered upon this restaurant and decided to take a chance - and we're so glad we did! Very friendly, lovely service - the waiters spoke English, but were... More
