We decided to eat here as it looked good and there seemed to be a lot of French speakers there. My friends found their food ok but mine was terrible! I ordered the Plat du Jour...Roti du Veau. Meat was bad quality, overcooked and the dish was cold. Salad was brown and the pasta was like cold rubber. The waitress... More

We found this Bistro just walking around Montmartre. When we checked the menu and the price, we liked it. The mussels in Roquefort sauce were amazing. My wife ended off eating the sauce like a soup. The French Onion Soup was also good and the Salmon with Ratatouille were also very impressive. We drank a carafe of the house red... More

Was only in Paris for three evenings, but ate in this little gem for the final two once we discovered it close to our hotel in Montmartre. The young staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful (loved their flat caps!) with a great sense of humour. We also couldn't fault the food, it is always a good sign when you... More

We didnt review this place before attending but we found our waitress to be great and the food ok. The proprietor had a altercation with a couple at another table and went balistic (in french) at them that put a somber mood in the place, which was disappointing. The price of our meals was ok for what we got also,... More

Visited twice while staying nearby - dinner then lunch. We have poor/non-existent French, but staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us through the limited menu. Choices were simple traditional French dishes - excellent mussels - with what looked like good hamburgers for the less adventurous. The house Bordeaux was very acceptable and the kir maison super. For an... More

This was recommended by our tour guide, and we couldn't have been happier. We'd tried a few other places in the area, and this was much better. Typical Parisian, small and cozy, with excellent food and wine. We'd definitely go back!

My wife and I visited this nice cafe for lunch and dinner. Friendly staff, perfect location on Montmartre in the "quiet" end of Abbesses, and close to the Metro. We can recommend this place for its good food.

After a delightful afternoon of touring the Montmartre area and enjoying the shops along Rue des Abbesses, our group of four ladies decided to have a casual dinner at L'Aristide. The friendly atmosphere attracted us, but the food and service will bring us back. We had French Onion Soup, which was good, but the Quiche was outstanding! It was served... More

We visit Paris regularly, at least once a year, and we love Montmartre in the evening. We usually try and sightsee and then eat locally. We found L'Aristide to be very accommodating, friendly efficient service and a cheerful and attentive staff. Our food was great, timely and our waitress ensured we had all that we needed, whilst attending to other... More
