Nice little sidewalk cafe, though a little noisy with the traffic. The ham and cheese sandwich was tasty, and the price was very reasonable. Not much else to say, except this is probably not a dinner place.

We stopped here on the way back to the hotel for a drink after a long day because we thought it was in a good position to watch the world go by. I asked for a beer and a lemonade. I was asked small, medium or large? I chose medium. I received a pint of beer and my wife received... More

Horrible food, horrible service. The quality og the food left en thinking I should rather have had a 5 Euro fast-food meal somewhere on the street.. Last thing we witnessed before leaving was the waiter leaving the urinal without washing his hands. Worst restaurant experience in years

Good food, good service and a great spot to watch people walk by. It was near the shopping area by Notre Damn and a great spot to have a rest and a bite to eat.

Went to have dinner here after finding Puma store was closed which was nearby. Good service & the food was ok except the mussels were small compare those we ate in Singapore. Overall not bad experience.

We happened across this place late on a Friday night. Although they were emptying out we were welcomed in warmly. The waiter was very helpful and explained all the specials- he wasn't upset when we didn't go for any! Wide menu choice plenty of French food with things like steak, chicken, burgers, etc. Food was really good and v reasonable.... More

This restaurant offers wonderful meals and great service. The pepper sauce is great, but the chef won't share the recipe! The creme brulee was the best we tasted. It is located in the Halles area, always busy with night life.

convenient, nice, corner place with good service (especially Zizou, a true, helpful gentleman who speaks fluent English) for breakfast or a nice meal on the go. I had a nice, juicy entrecote steak with a chilli sauce and fries

This restaurant is roomy and airy with a good choice of dishes. The waiters were friendly and efficient. I chose mussels, which were very good. The portions were generous, and the house white was good too. We will eat there again when we go to Paris.

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
