This restaurant was located on the first floor of the building where we rented an apartment while in Paris, and this meal was our last before our early morning departure the following day. Service was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating to our elementary French and took time with us so we could make good decisions about our meal. I... More

Warm, welcoming staff and food was well prepared. A fraction of the price we paid at Bistrot Paul Bert but infinitely more enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Pleasant, tasty, nice staff. Great menu. A terrific little find in Paris! Green gazpacho was superb as was the chocolate cake and veal on pepper. Nice and simple wine list.

1st off hats off to the staff for not beeing the typical Parisian "rude" to english speakers. The waiter was very helpfull, translated everything on the menu and explained the wine in a manner not demeaning. Prices are around 12€ for a main. Food was great, wine was exvelent and went well with the Compte cheese(which was super)

This place might fall under the radar of some but it prides itself on it's produce and it's roasted meats were some of the best we've had anywhere. Black legged chicken , roasted lamb, with great dauphinoise . Waiter knew his stuff and selected our beers and wines for us. Would go here regularly .

We ate here as a couple in early February when Astier (it's neighbour) was closed and we were very pleased with this as an alternative. The lamb was amazing and as a fan of potato dauphinoise I was delighted with the wafer thin delight that I was presented with. Very nice place and not too expensive for a nice evening... More

The place is small and a bit noisy but the food, traditional French fare, was found to be tasty by this palate. Food prices are reasonable but the wine is a bit pricey. To be recommended.

Tiny, charming, stylish, delicious, perfect, unstuffy, and very reasonably priced…. Paris at it's best! Ate at Jeanne A on the recommendation of a friend who has lived in Paris for years and was familiar with the arrondissement we were staying in. From the outside looking in, we may never have chosen this place on our own, as it looks a... More

We had two lovely lunches at Jeanne A during our stay in Paris. The roasted chicken and potatoes were exquisite French comfort food. We also enjoyed the vol au vent. Wine list was also good, and reasonable.
