Perfect Italian

We visited here with my wife. Seafood pasta was amazing delicious. Also four cheese pizza was perfect. We were at Rome only three weeks ago. I must confess this dinner was better than all. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everybody. You will be pleased.

It was time to change it up and this small room on a quiet restaurant street delivered. The venue is white tablecloth Italian. The wine list is Italian too. We were four and all were very pleased with the service (Pascal?) and the food.

Although it was our last night in Paris, my daughter wanted Italian, and La Divina Commedia is located on a quiet street of the Rue St. Germain, not far from our hotel. I had the carpaccio, which was excellent, and although it was not on the menu, the staff prepared a green salad for my daughter. I had ravioli with... More

Delicious fresh food to choose from a pretty short , yet well balanced menue, and a quiet refined atmosphere. Ideal for both lunch and dinners and -nearly- Always opened . Thank you Bruno for your good taste ... :-)

We decided to go to La Divina Commedia on our honeymoon trip to Paris. I work in the restaurant industry and I have to say this: "THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING"!!! Leonardo and his staff made our romantic dinner the best one we have ever had. My Tortelline was out of this world!!! If you are in Paris, PLEASE visit this... More

I was in Paris alone and stopped by this restaurant for dinner since I was in the area after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. I was so glad I did. It is a small Italian restaurant, and I sat at a small table on the sidewalk. The food was amazing, and I really enjoyed watching the Parisians walk by.... More

Cheap olive oil and pepper. When I asked for bread I got 3 tiny pieces of cheap bread. Antipasti was average. Main courses OK. Our waitress went outside to smoke and I couldn't call her when needed. In summary I would not recommend anyone to come here because price/value is not good.

The service was fantastic, food is great and the price is fair. Traditional Italian food, high quality with modern touch – especially in the Dessert. Leonardo and Bernd the owners made us feel at home and were very helpful with my Gluten free diet. For people who want to eat good but also to have fun.

We had a lovely experience at La Divina Commedia. The owner started off our dining experience on a perfect note. There were no seats available, but he nicely, in English, said that it shouldn’t be too long for a table, as a couple had just asked for their check. The couple took a little longer to exit than anticipated, so... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
