One of the best meals I've ever had!

We were recommended this place by a French chef friend of ours. It was a bit pricey, but we were celebrating my birthday, so we went. It was worth every penny! If you want an authentic, exquisite French meal, this is the perfect place.

Lovely place! the Chef is very friendly, he is there to guide you in his open kitchen. I had an amazing Argentinian steak and discovered a marvellous Portuguese wine from a local winery. Time stops in this small exotic place near the Tour Eiffel.

FL serves a great piece of meat, tender full of flavour and went down well with a glass of red. Even my wife who is not a meat eater tried a small cut and really enjoyed it. Desert was yum and it finished our meal on a high Great food

I persuaded my wife to try it; we both wanted steak and steak is the whole menu here. It is a small room and the chef is in the room with you; throwing little surprises at you; and cooking marvellous steak. We shared a glass with the staff after our meal and parted friends.

Had dinner with my partner here one late evening, on our way to see the Eiffel Tour. We shared a 300g black Angus steak, with a side of rice, black beans, fried plantains and a sprinkle of farine de manioc. Even though we were sharing a meal for one, the food was more than sufficient for us both. The beans... More

My mother and I arrived at FL (which is in a great location, nearly in the shadow of the Tour Eiffel, hence the restaurant's play-on-words name) around 8pm on a Thursday. This is early by Parisian dining standards, so we were the only guests in the restaurant for about half an hour. The place is small, but in a nice... More

This is tucked away and unassuming but it great. Don't miss it if you are near the Eiffel Tower. We are vegetarians, so just said "feed Me" and they made the best meal we had in Paris.

I really wanted to like this place, the decor was so pleasant and the staff/chef all smiles, everything seemed quite elegant and I was hopeful the food would live up to my expectations. Unfortunately, it was really missing that wow factor. I started with the gazpacho which was nice on a hot day but quite a lot of garlic. My... More

Stopped in on a beautiful day when all other restaurants had full patios. As FL is on a small side street without outside tables, it was empty. The menu was enticing so we went in. It was extremely inventive in flavour, texture, and presentation. It is definitely the kind of place where you get their best for less at lunch.
