e hostess welcomed us with a smile. The food was prepared with love, care, and the best ingredients. Just a perfect tiny and elegant room with an aura of good work done with delight and fine food offered without any attitude of preciousness. Quiet and charming surroundings. Chic without being a slave to fashion. tel 0142602324. email: au35@orange,fr

Best part of our Paris trip was eating here!

We weren't feeling the love for Paris, it was dull, grey and raining, our feet ached and we really felt the city too posh, proud and arrogant. Plus we'd struggled to find decent places to eat that didn't cost the earth yet provided good food. On our last night we stumbled on Au 35, close to... read more

We got here late due to a late arrival at CDG. Small restaurant nice welcome, they suggested that we couldn't have a 3 course dinner due to arrival time 1015, that was fine we just wanted something nice and that's what we had , a nice salmon ravioli in a rich cheese sauce off of the specials menu, a special... This was right across the street from my hotel. The staff was so friendly, as I was solo. The food was excellent. I loved the chevre cheese and beet cup!! I would recommend this highly!

The concierge at our hotel recommended this little restaurant down the street on Rue Jacob. Upon entering, you know from the warm welcome and ambience that you're in for a special time. Prices are reasonable, and the food is amazingly wonderful. With help from the friendly staff, we ordered several dishes to pass around and each was uniquely delicious! It's... More

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
