Perfect Restaurant in Paris !

I have to say I've eaten in a lot of great restaurants in my life and this hidden gem of Paris is one of the best I have visited. The overall experience given by Marcella (host) and Alfredo (chef), husband and wife team is truly a gift to anyone visiting or living in Paris. My meal started with... read more

Saw the positive reviews and made a reservation for 9.30pm on a Saturday. They texted me that afternoon to make sure I would be there on time. When we arrived, table wasn't ready and stood in the narrow entrance for 20 minutes to be seated (why make a reservation?) What's worse was to see dirty dishes stacked up on the... More

This is a great restaurant with relaxed and very good service. Everything tasted exceptional and we had the best Fried Duck "Foie Gras" raviolis we´ve ever tasted. We just loved all about this restaurant and will highly recommend it.

We found Mariette on TripAdvisor (it's very easy to miss otherwise as it's tucked down an unassuming side street) - and we were very glad we did! The restaurant is family-run, small and cosy - reservations were a must on the Friday night when we visited. The pace of service is certainly on the relaxed side - we spent around... More

We went here to celebrate our engagement earlier that day. It was unforgettable and the owners were delightful. They had a late cancellation of a large table that night so there were only 3 couples in the restaurant. The meals were incredible and I have recommended a number of friends travelling to Paris to eat here. The chef was very... More

Top notch menu selection and service from the wife and husband crew. The lamb was perfect and desserts were amazing. Book early as space is limited but so worth the wait.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Mariette. Not only was the food and service fabulous, but the ambiance was perfect. The restaurant is quite small and as such, you get a very personal touch. Our server was also the wife/co-owner of the restaurant and her husband was the head chef. She... More

Grateful for two main reasons. Firstly for the excellent food and service at this small but beautifully decorated restaurant, tucked away in the 7e district. (If going by taxi it is important to say "Rue" not "Avenue" Bosquet, so that the taxi goes to the right location!!). Secondly, for the kind and patient help given to us by Marcela when... More
