I had dinner at Ciasa Mia yesterday evening with a friend. I did not know the restaurant before and chose it mainly due to its location since it was close to the hotel where my friend is staying. Ciasa Mia is a relatively small and intimate restaurant with a very nice rustic decor and a fireplace that gives the setting... More

Three days later and we're still in awe of the beautiful meal we enjoyed at Ciasa Mia. This has been the best meal we have ever had (and we have had our share). Beautiful presentation of magnificant flavours of everything Italy has to offer. Presentation is very French haute cuisine but with the simplicity of Italian food. Great wines, lovely... More

Francesca and her fire place will warm up you heart, while Samuel will take care of your stomach. By far one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. Allow a good 80€ to enjoy your meal and their top italian wines.

After a week in Burgundy, I was dubious of more heavy food when the hotel recommended Ciasa Mia. I should never have worried. From the moment I entered the room -- cold outside but fire crackling inside -- to the minute I left, it was perfect. The entire place radiates charm and love. Have the tasting menu and you will... Just note this is Italian food from the mountains, not the typical Italian food fron Tuscany or Rome.

I have not been to Ciasa Mia for a while and took advantage of the white truffel saoson to pay them a visit. The owners, Francesca and Samuel (the Chef) always greet you in the most friendly way. You can feel their passion for the actual cuisine. Samuel, what a talent!!!! We had 2 smal starters , 2 main courses... More

Had a dinner with my girlfriend here on the first evening of our trip to Paris. The restaurant is small and charming - quite a romantic place for a dinner. The service is absolutely fantastic and the quality of food was truly surprising. I would not be surprised if this restaurant should receive a star in the future. We had... More

Oh My God! Excellent food, excellent service. Could not say enough about the staff and food. The best meal of our Paris trip and would gladly travel 1/2 way around the world again to eat here. Tres Bon!

We were staying at a hotel near the Pantheon, and I discovered Ciasa Mia on TripAdvisor while searching for restaurants nearby. What a find! Our entire experience as just great. We were greeted and seated by Francesca, the proprietor and wife of the chef, Samuel. Francesca did a wonderful job explaining the menu and making a recommendation for wine. Samuel... More

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
