My sister and I popped in for tea and cake after hearing a lot about this cute little place, and it did not disappoint! Very busy but the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Delicious cakes and tarts that you can see being baked from the open baking area. Cute setup, very warm and welcoming, especially on a cold afternoon... More

The delicious smells floating out of this bakery are enough to draw you in for breakfast with good coffee and yummy food while you watch great trays of wonderful food being prepared and the latest muffins and cakes coming out of the oven. Mmmmm!

Love this place.....enjoyed watching the pastry & dishes being prepared. Very tiny place that has fabulous bakery items & salads. We both had the soup du jour.....fresh mushroom. Bill had the special of butternut squash risotto & we both had small side salads.....goodness, what great tastes.....very busy small place that also does a lot of take-out. ( P.S. Must be... More

My review title is because on TA it is listed as American. We went for lunch and had a really nice savoury tart each and a salad. This cost 20euro all up. The tarts were in a lovely buttery crust and tasted great. They have several tarts and salads to choose for lunch. They also do brunch where you can... More

I was shopping in the 3rd and needed a place to eat lunch. The salesman at Abou D'Abi Bazar recommended Rose Bakery to me. What a fabulous spot for breakfast, lunch of an afternoon snack. The baked goods are all to die-for. Since I was dining alone, I ended up sharing a table with a couple from England and we... More

The place is simple, but very original. They have quiches, many kinds of salads (with vegetagles and legumes), falafel... and they all taste good, probably because they are made with local and biological products. Ideal for lunch.

Returned to this great bakery/cafe after two years and they still do it very well. We were staying in a different area this time and returning to one of our favourite cafes in Paris was great. Had drinks(tea&coffee)with very nice cakes served by very nice and friendly staff. Rue de Matryes is a wonderful street full of great foodie places... More

awesome brunch, delicious food and fantastic service. We truly enjoyed it. make sure not to arrive early because everything is made in house and it takes time to prepare. (don't be like the embarrassing americans that think everything is fast food and ready to go). Take your time and enjoy!

Saw this bakery on a BBC programme and liked the look of the quiches, so called in on our recent trip to Paris. The bakery is presented in a rather rustic quirky manor, but the food it sublime. Picked up a quiche each before jumping on Eurostar and eating on the journey. My husband wants to find a replica in... More

We went at Rose Bakery last weekend for lunch. We arrived a bit late so there was not much choice but it was delicious. The food was fresh and very good. The only thing, I found the salads a bit expensive for the small bowl we get. But anyway, I prefer to pay a bit more to eat fresh and... More
