Stopped here on our 1st night in Paris. It was after 10pm and we were very tired and a little cranky. The food at this restaurant was wonderful and changed our moods immediately. We left full, happy, and very excited to begin our Persian holiday. My 9 yr had a bacon cheeseburger that was better than some steak house in... More

We found ourselves in this cafe due to a bout of bad weather when visiting the Louvre. The cafe was nice, the food was ok, but the service was interesting. We watched a number of Tourists be seated in the colder, weather exposed parts of the cafe, including ourselves. We noticed all decided to leave due to the cold and... More

After a long day that included our arrival from London, a trip to the Paris visitors' center to pick up our museum passes, and another trip to the local Monoprix to pick up some necessities for our apartment stay, my family and I walked down to this corner bistro to relax and have a bite. Although there were multiple open... More

This was a great little gem we found on our trip to Paris. Not knowing the area at all we were looking for somewhere with good food, good service and reasonable prices. This place ticked all the boxes plus more. While we possibly should have been a bit more adventurous during our 2 night stay in Paris, Coup d'Etat was... More

Not your typical 3 course set dinner that you find in every corner of paris. I had the duck confit and it was out of this world. The portion is big. Not the typical French tiny portion you might think. And the service was 5 stars

The bar was a 2 min walk from an apartment we stayed in, visited for drinks before retiring for the night. Very friendly staff with a well heated outside area. Wine was good, as was the service. Toilets were very clean.

Made the mistake of ordering 2 cappuccino and 2 latte. The coffee tasted bitter and old. Was definitely not worth the 5 euros they charged for a cappuccino!!!! Boring and expensive place for no reason.

Dropped in for a short break and were very pleased we did. The first good sign was that the menu was only in French, although they do have english menus available. I ordered a few small plates (assorted meat plate and escargot) and found that they were both quite good and surprisingly more food than we expected. We probably stayed... More

Food was ok. The waitress was slow and unfriendly. We did not get our espresso as promised in the breakfast menu. We had to pay at the counter because no one came to the table.

We came across this restaurant by accident and decided to stay for lunch after noticing how busy it was with locals. Always a good sign when visiting a country. We were not disappointed. We love eating at street cafes/restaurants and although the restaurant is on a pretty busy road, we sat outside and still felt that cafe experience and atmosphere.... More
